Factory Sourcing Hub is an independent B2B product sourcing and trading service. We help business buyers turn a product idea or item list into a defined sourcing enquiry, with product options, samples, documentation and commercial terms reviewed for the selected project.

Our role is sourcing and trade coordination. We bring the buyer’s product requirements, supplier review, sample questions and quotation details into one conversation. Manufacturing, where required, is carried out by the selected supplier. The responsible supplier, contracting parties and agreed service scope are confirmed during the project discussion.
A useful first enquiry can be a product reference, a drawing or a short description with an estimated quantity. The next step is to clarify the specification and identify the information needed for an appropriate proposal.

How should I use the product information?
The guides describe product families, reference configurations and the questions to resolve before ordering. Numeric parameters belong to the particular reference shown. A paper weight, pen point, pack count or electrical rating on one option is not a specification for the entire range.
Reference images show a product appearance or design direction. Category illustrations are labelled as illustrations. Final materials, dimensions, components, colours, artwork and packing need an agreed specification and approved sample.
Prices, minimum order quantities, sample fees, production schedules and delivery terms are established in a current written quotation. Product pages are not live stock or price feeds. Published descriptions do not replace the documents or contractual terms for the actual order.
How are samples, quality and documents handled?
Start with the intended use, users and destination market. Identify the characteristics that matter, then agree the appropriate sample, approval method and inspection scope. Product-specific files must identify the relevant model or material, issuer, scope and current validity.
A general description of testing, inspection or supplier capability is not a batch test result. Discuss the required evidence, responsible parties and acceptance criteria for the selected goods. Any certification, material-content or performance statement needs appropriate support before it is used on products or packaging.
How do I start a sourcing enquiry?
