Ask another question ↗What does Factory Sourcing Hub do?
Factory Sourcing Hub is an independent sourcing and trading service for business buyers. You can explore product categories, discuss custom requirements and send a sourcing brief to one working contact. The supplier route, service scope and order terms are reviewed for the project.
Which product categories can I enquire about?
The enquiry categories cover home and living, fashion and textiles, electronics and appliances, stationery and packaging, tools and industrial products, building and bathroom, mobility and energy, outdoor and family products, food and care, and agricultural equipment. A category listing is a starting point for discussing your requirements; suitability is assessed for the actual product.
Can I request my own logo, packaging or product design?
You can submit an OEM or private-label enquiry with your artwork, material preferences, product specification and quantity. The available customization, development work, tooling, costs and sample approval steps are confirmed for the selected product and supplier.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no single minimum order quantity across the site. It depends on the product, supplier, material, colour split and customization. Share your expected quantity so the appropriate options and minimums can be discussed.
Can samples be discussed before a bulk order?
Yes. Include whether you need a catalogue sample, a branded sample or new development. Sample availability, charges, timing, shipping and approval criteria are agreed for the chosen project.
Are all products or factories certified?
No blanket certification claim is made. Product testing, material records and factory management documents have different scopes. Tell us your sales market and requirements so current, relevant files can be requested for the selected model and supplier.
How are prices, service costs and delivery times confirmed?
A quotation depends on the product specification, order quantity, customization, packaging, testing, trade terms and project scope. Sample or development costs and the production and delivery plan should be agreed before proceeding.
How do I send a sourcing enquiry?
Use the brief form or email kunhuow@gmail.com. Include your product idea or reference, quantity where known, sales market, budget and timing. The form submits your brief directly to our enquiry service. We reply by email. After submitting, email any attachments with your enquiry reference.
What are you planning
to source next?
Send your idea, a reference or your purchasing list. Start a conversation about the product, the requirements and the next step.
