Promotional collections. Electrical specifications.

Promotional Gifts & Electrical Conduit Sourcing

Discuss promotional pens, notebooks, drinkware and coordinated gifts, or review a separate conduit, fitting and support-system brief. One trading contact coordinates enquiries while each product line keeps its own specifications and order terms.

  • Gift projects can include marking, colour, finish and coordinated packaging.
  • Electrical enquiries begin with conduit type, dimensions, finish and required documentation.
  • Gift and electrical minimums, samples and delivery terms are reviewed separately.

Manufacturing, product documents and order conditions depend on the model and supply route selected for your project.

Product data are reference listing values. The drinkware examples were visible in a public catalogue; detailed product files, current availability, material grades and food-contact reports remain to be obtained. Electrical standard names are specification references, with current listing scope and supplied marking to verify. No insulation duration, electrical system rating or universal MOQ is promised. Illustrated product cards show categories rather than the exact selected item.

What matters for this category

A better brief.
A clearer comparison.

Focus the sourcing conversation on the features, materials and production details that make a difference to your product range.

01

Develop a coherent gift collection

Gift development can consider colour, surface finish, marking and packs together. Pen-and-notebook or cup combinations are useful directions for a coordinated brief, with approved samples used to check the final presentation.

02

Match the electrical system

Compare conduit construction and dimensions alongside couplings, connectors and supports. An agreed bill of materials makes thread compatibility, finishes and quantity splits visible before ordering.

03

Keep buying decisions specific

Each gift or electrical line has its own order route. Quotations can identify the exact construction, supporting files, sample scope, packaging and dispatch basis so different offers can be compared consistently.

Branding, configuration & packaging

Make the product
fit your programme.

Bring artwork, reference samples and a target cost. The available process, minimum quantity, sample charges and development scope are reviewed for the chosen option.

01

Gift artwork & decoration

Screen printing, pad printing, heat transfer, stamping, laser and domed-logo directions are listed for pen projects. Submit AI, PDF or EPS artwork and confirm the method against material, curvature, colours and print area.

02

Gift packaging & presentation

Pouches, paper or plastic boxes, metal cases and wooden boxes appear as packaging directions. Share the product mix, layout, barcode and copy requirements; ask for a proof and an identified approved sample.

03

Electrical configuration

Specify conduit family, material, galvanizing route, trade size, wall, length and thread. Include the matching fittings, quantities by size, identification marks, packing and any requested project documentation.

Quality & product evidence

Turn requirements
into checks.

Agree which product characteristics need testing and how the approved sample relates to the bulk order.

01

Gift checks & approved samples

The gift route describes material, production and AQL-based pre-shipment inspection. Agree the sampling plan, acceptable limits, appearance, marking durability and function for the actual collection.

02

Conduit dimensions & finish

Define dimensional tolerances, thread gauging, coupling fit, straightness, coating and shipment protection. A standard name or certificate image alone does not establish that the supplied construction is covered.

03

Flexible-conduit system review

PA, PP and PE alternatives need separate material and service requirements. Temperature, flame, UV and ingress-protection claims must be supported for the selected conduit and connector combination.

Test capability is a starting point for the inspection plan. Request the method, applicable model and results needed for your order.

Documents matched to the order

Ask for evidence
that fits the product.

Plan separate document packs for gifts and electrical materials. Match each requested declaration or report to the exact product construction, supplier scope, destination and current order.

State the sales market, intended users and required files in your first enquiry. Current validity and scope are checked for the selected supplier and product; a category description does not certify every item.

Share your document requirements ↗
Gift specification & artwork
Request capacity, material declarations, marking proofs and pack contents. For drinkware, identify the intended contact conditions and obtain the relevant current product files.
Electrical drawings & evidence
Request size tables, tolerances, threads, finish and the applicable standard edition. Where a listing is required, check the current file number, model scope and supplied product marking.
Inspection & shipment records
Agree sample identification, inspection method, quantities per carton, labels and shipment protection. Record payment and lead-time terms separately for each business line.

Buyer questions

Before you send
your first enquiry.

Practical answers about this sourcing direction, customization and the reference options. Your agreed specification and written quotation determine the actual order.

Can one enquiry include both product directions?

Yes. Send a clearly separated gift brief and electrical schedule. Each will need its own specifications, documentation, minimums, quotation and timing; conditions from one route do not automatically apply to the other.

What can be customized for promotional pens?

Surface colour, finish, artwork and several marking methods are described in the source capabilities. Confirm the selected pen material, artwork, print area and approval sample before treating a method as feasible.

What gift minimum should I plan for?

The gift FAQ gives a starting reference of 1,000 pieces depending on the item specification. This is not a current minimum for every product or decoration option. It does not apply to electrical products; request a quote for each model and variation.

What is known about the drinkware references?

A cup is listed at 280 ml in recycled PP with a cork base; a stainless-steel double-wall bottle is listed at 600 ml with a sublimation direction and marble-textured lid. Steel grade, recycled percentage, tests and performance need product-specific confirmation.

How do EMT and rigid references differ?

The EMT reference lists unthreaded Q195 galvanized steel from 1/2 to 4 inches. The rigid reference lists NPT-threaded Q195 galvanized steel from 1/2 to 6 inches. Select the exact size, wall, length and compatible fittings, and verify required current evidence.

Can all flexible-conduit material options share the same ratings?

Do not assume this. PA, PP and PE constructions and matched connectors can differ. State the environment, temperature, flame, UV and ingress-protection requirements and request reports for the actual assembly.

Are electrical samples and a 30-day dispatch guaranteed?

No current trader guarantee has been established. A source FAQ discusses sample requests and an approximate timing reference dependent on the item list and quantity. Confirm the sample selection, charges, courier cost and agreed dispatch date in writing.

What should accompany an electrical quotation request?

Include conduit type, trade sizes, dimensions, finish, threads, fitting quantities and the required standard or listing scope. Add drawings, destination, packing and inspection requirements where available.

Who handles my enquiry?

Factory Sourcing Hub handles this enquiry as an independent sourcing and trading service. The product route, supplier suitability, sample scope and order responsibilities are agreed for the actual project.

How do I get a price and order minimum?

Send the product reference, quantities per variation, customization and packaging. Prices, minimums, sample charges and delivery dates are confirmed in a current quotation; the page is not a live inventory or price feed.

Can I discuss samples and inspection before ordering?

Yes. State whether you need a reference sample, a customized sample or development work. Agree the sample cost and shipping, approval specification, inspection plan and remedy for non-conforming goods before the bulk order.

What should I attach to my email?

Reference images, drawings, logo artwork and a product list are useful. Include quantities, the intended users and sales market, packaging, required documents and timing. After submitting the form, email attachments to kunhuow@gmail.com with your enquiry reference.
