Build the range
your buyers need.

Choose a focused product or discuss a coordinated assortment. Each direction can be developed into a more specific model and packaging brief.

LCD-display gel motorcycle batteries

Selected gel starting constructions add an LCD, status indication, use-day recording and low-condition alerts. These functions can support routine user checks, but a display is not a calibrated capacity or diagnostic instrument without matching evidence. Define indication, installation visibility, vehicle fit and the electrical system.

Enquire about this range ↗

Electronic self-checking gel starting batteries

A separate self-check direction uses built-in electronics to indicate condition. Compare actual interface and alerts with the LCD version. Include capacity conditions, cranking standard, terminals, polarity and charging requirements. Similar family names do not establish identical functions or interchangeable dimensions.

Enquire about this range ↗

Conventional gel motorcycle batteries

Gel starting directions offer a filled construction for suitable motorcycle and powersports requirements. Compare the selected sheet and physical fit. Several online capacity rows need clarification, so obtain a consistent specification before selection. Charging, storage and permitted orientation belong to the actual product instructions.

Enquire about this range ↗

Factory-activated starting batteries

Factory-activated lead-acid directions are supplied filled and prepared for service, subject to condition and commissioning checks. Match vehicle application, case, terminals, polarity and cranking requirement. Include storage and charge state in the order. Activated and similarly named dry-charged batteries remain distinct supply formats.

Enquire about this range ↗

Dry-charged maintenance-free and flooded formats

Dry-charged directions need filling and activation according to the supplied procedure. Conventional flooded and sealed-after-activation constructions should be specified separately. Confirm acid supply, initial charging and local handling rules. State dry versus ready-for-service weight and define the actual shipping state.

Enquire about this range ↗

Higher-performance motorcycle configurations

Separate higher-performance starting directions are listed with LCD, electronic self-check and factory-activated options. Select using actual cranking data, capacity, fit and charging conditions. A marketing performance tier does not establish a particular current or life increase. Request model-specific evidence and sample evaluation.

Enquire about this range ↗

Sodium-ion motorcycle starting

Sodium-ion directions add another chemistry for suitable powersports requirements. Provide vehicle electrical limits, charging arrangement, starting demand and enclosure. Review protection, permissible operation and supporting documents. Chemistry descriptions or accelerated tests do not justify universal safety, lifetime or replacement claims.

Enquire about this range ↗

Lawn and powersports equipment

Lawn-mower and other powersports starting requirements can join the motorcycle schedule. Supply equipment application, engine and charging information, available space and terminals. Match starting duty and seasonal storage to the construction. Vibration, weather exposure and maintenance need the selected instructions and application review.

Enquire about this range ↗

Two-wheel and electric-tricycle motive batteries

Lead-acid motive directions support low-speed two-wheel and three-wheel vehicles. Provide pack voltage, block count, controller, motor duty, payload, charger and compartment. Model names may differ from tabulated capacity, so compare the stated hour rating. Fit, connectors and matched-set replacement require review.

Enquire about this range ↗

Gel deep-cycle working-equipment batteries

Motive enquiries include golf and sightseeing vehicles, cleaning equipment, scooters, toys and other DC equipment. Specify duty cycle, discharge depth, charging window, environment and compartment. Evaluate deep-cycle performance for that duty. A range description does not establish road-vehicle approval or a safety-critical equipment qualification.

Enquire about this range ↗

UPS and industrial standby power

Industrial and high-rate lead-acid directions address telecom, control, emergency and UPS backup. Supply load, autonomy, string voltage and end voltage. Request discharge data and installation instructions. A battery forms part of the backup arrangement; it does not alone establish uninterrupted operation or a compliant complete installation.

Enquire about this range ↗

Digital-display gel stationary storage

Selected stationary gel constructions provide a display, operating-day record and low-condition alert. Define monitoring and the intended storage or backup duty. Review charging, maintenance and any special service provisions with the selected manual. Temperature and life statements require evidence for the actual operating conditions.

Enquire about this range ↗

Solar, wind and lead-carbon storage

Gel and lead-carbon storage directions address renewable charging, repeated cycling and partial-state-of-charge requirements. State daily energy, charging source, autonomy, temperature and discharge depth. Establish test conditions and the end-of-life criterion before comparing endurance. Solar storage identifies a battery application, not photovoltaic-panel performance.

Enquire about this range ↗

Household power with charge control

Integrated household power enquiries can include battery storage, input/output current control and abnormal-condition indication where fitted. Provide the generation source, DC loads, charging limits and protection needs. Confirm battery-only versus a complete controlled unit. Ratings and included functions require a consistent approved technical schedule.

Enquire about this range ↗

LiFePO4 blocks with monitoring options

Lithium iron phosphate storage directions include display-equipped and conventional formats with model-specific electrical and connection ratings. Specify voltage, capacity, usable energy, current, BMS and charger. Confirm permitted connections and expansion. General family current statements must not replace the selected product’s approved limits.

Wall, tower, stackable and pull-out lithium storage

Storage directions include wall, tower, stackable and pull-out formats, with separately described semi-solid constructions. Define chemistry, mounting, inverter/BMS protocol, energy and environment. Request model-specific technical and safety evidence. Remote monitoring, appearance changes and hardware expansion need an agreed configuration.

Enquire about this range ↗

Stacked PV storage and charging systems

A stacked-system direction combines storage with power conversion and charging. Provide PV/grid conditions, energy target, household loads and vehicle-charging needs. Define module count, PCS, connector and system boundaries. Quotation requires a consistent technical schedule and the destination’s installation and grid requirements.

Enquire about this range ↗

Portable power stations

Portable directions combine battery energy with AC and DC outputs for suitable loads. Compare energy, actual output ratings, size, weight and charging inputs. Specify AC voltage/frequency, appliance startup and ports. Runtime, surge output and charging accessories are confirmed for the selected station.

Enquire about this range ↗

Commercial and industrial energy storage

Commercial directions combine battery and PCS for demand management, renewable use and backup. Provide load profile, architecture, operating modes, site environment and energy target. Cooling, controls, fire protection and commissioning need separate definition. Grid connection and project approval concern the complete selected system.

Conflicting capacities, weights or system-energy figures require clarification before selection.

What matters for this category

A better brief.
A clearer comparison.

Focus the sourcing conversation on the features, materials and production details that make a difference to your product range.

01

Choose the right starting format

Compare activated, dry-charged, gel and electronic-status directions around the customer’s vehicle and distribution needs. Specify fit, polarity, terminals and charging before comparing capacity or cranking claims. Separate chemistry and supply format so the sample and shipping arrangements match the intended order.

02

Carry the enquiry from battery to system

Organize motive, standby and storage requirements with chargers, BMS communications and installation scope. Compare blocks separately from integrated portable or PCS systems. Define acceptance for the actual duty and configuration, with a consistent technical schedule for any larger project.

03

Build a practical distribution programme

Create a range by application, fit, technology and supplied state. Include samples, artwork, manuals, stock and service requirements, transport documents and terminal protection. Selected appearance and control options can be reviewed without assuming universal customization or approval scope.

Branding, configuration & packaging

Make the product
fit your programme.

Bring artwork, reference samples and a target cost. The available process, minimum quantity, sample charges and development scope are reviewed for the chosen option.

01

Labels, colours and packaging

Submit selected batteries, quantities, logo, colours, artwork and languages. Review private-label feasibility and required rating, identity and transport markings. Approve the sample and proof before release. Package design does not automatically establish a new electrical construction or transfer a certificate to a different model.

02

BMS protocol and storage presentation

Selected storage directions describe configurable communications and appearance. Provide the inverter, protocol, monitoring, enclosure and installation brief. Confirm hardware, firmware and host compatibility with drawing and sample approval. Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or app access is version-specific and needs explicit inclusion in the scope.

03

Samples, activated state and delivery plan

Request samples or pilot quantities for the configuration. Agree charges, filling/activation, inspection and packing before scheduling production. Unit cartons, terminal protection and pallets need the shipment route and supplied state. MOQ, lead time, warranty and service terms are quoted for the actual order.

Quality & product evidence

Turn requirements
into checks.

Agree which product characteristics need testing and how the approved sample relates to the bulk order.

01

Define electrical and display acceptance

Set capacity-test rate, cutoff, temperature and cranking standard as applicable. For electronic-status versions, agree display and alarm checks. A status display does not independently certify remaining capacity. Stationary or integrated storage needs its own load, charging and protection acceptance plan.

02

Match fit, terminals and shipment condition

Check case and terminal drawings, polarity, connectors, labels and product identification against the approved order. Supply states need separate initial inspection and commissioning. Record dry versus filled weight where relevant and agree charge state and storage before shipment.

03

Inspect and document the agreed order

Selected descriptions state pre-delivery inspection. Agree the actual functional checks, sample or batch scope, acceptance values and available records. Include packing, terminal insulation and accessories. Product-specific reports and transport classification remain separate from a general inspection statement.

Test capability is a starting point for the inspection plan. Request the method, applicable model and results needed for your order.

Documents matched to the order

Ask for evidence
that fits the product.

Request documents matching chemistry, model, electrical version, supplied state and destination. An advertised feature, patent statement or corporate certificate does not establish approval of a complete battery installation.

State the sales market, intended users and required files in your first enquiry. Current validity and scope are checked for the selected supplier and product; a category description does not certify every item.

Share your document requirements ↗
Specification and application file
Request the current sheet, dimension/terminal drawings, capacity conditions, cranking or discharge data and charging/commissioning instructions. For monitored and lithium products, add display logic, BMS limits and communications. Integrated systems require an approved component and operating-mode schedule.
Model-specific test and transport evidence
State the market and route, then request applicable reports, SDS, transport classification and test documents for the actual battery. Lithium, sodium-ion, dry-charged and activated lead-acid shipments need separate review. Confirm carrier packing and declaration requirements for that shipment.
Project and order acceptance records
Agree sample, artwork, inspection, batch identification, carton contents and shipping documents. Storage projects also need defined cooling, controls, installation and commissioning plus destination approvals. Warranty, software support and repair responsibility are commercial terms to confirm in writing.

Buyer questions

Before you send
your first enquiry.

Practical answers about this sourcing direction, customization and the reference options. Your agreed specification and written quotation determine the actual order.

Which starting-battery constructions can be reviewed?

Directions include factory-activated lead-acid, dry-charged maintenance-free, conventional flooded, gel, electronic self-check, LCD-display and separately listed higher-performance versions. Sodium-ion is a distinct chemistry. Submit vehicle fit, charge system and required test basis for each selection.

How do dry-charged and activated batteries differ?

A dry-charged battery requires the specified filling and activation before use. A factory-activated direction is supplied filled and prepared for service, subject to condition and commissioning checks. Confirm acid arrangement, storage state, instructions and shipping scope with the order.

What do digital displays and self-check functions provide?

Selected constructions describe status indication, low-condition alerts or operating-day recording. Interfaces and functions vary. Agree what the sample will demonstrate; do not treat an indicator as a calibrated capacity measurement or automatic diagnosis of every possible fault.

How should capacity and cranking ratings be compared?

Use the hour rating, cutoff voltage and temperature for capacity. For cranking, compare the same standard and temperature. Dimensions, polarity and terminals are separate fit requirements. Where data omits conditions or conflicts with another row, obtain a consistent approved sheet before selection.

Can sodium-ion or lithium be used as a direct replacement?

Compatibility requires confirmation of electrical limits, charging, starting or load demand, size, connectors and protection. Nominal voltage alone does not establish a replacement. Request the model’s technical and test information and agree the intended installation.

Are two-wheel and tricycle batteries rated by their model number?

Use tabulated capacity and discharge duration rather than treating a model number as ampere-hours. Provide the full series pack, controller, charger and duty cycle. Confirm fit and matched-block replacement requirements for the intended vehicle or equipment.

Can industrial batteries be selected from ampere-hours alone?

Provide load, autonomy, string voltage, end voltage, temperature and charging source. Short-duration UPS work needs suitable discharge data; cycling and renewable work need the actual duty profile. Define installation, racks, interlinks and monitoring separately.

Which lithium storage formats can be reviewed?

Directions include conventional and monitored LiFePO4 blocks, wall, tower, stackable and pull-out formats, separately described semi-solid constructions, and stacked PV/storage/charging systems. State exact chemistry and configuration. Availability, performance and documents require confirmation for the selected supply.

Will a listed interface work with our inverter?

An interface name does not establish protocol compatibility. Provide inverter model, protocol, required data, connection and monitoring functions. Confirm BMS/firmware and actual host support, then agree integration testing and software-service scope.

How do I select a portable power station?

Provide appliance running/startup demand, AC voltage/frequency, ports, recharge sources and operating duration. Compare energy separately from power. Confirm continuous/surge limits, charging accessories and usable-energy conditions for the selected station.

What is required for commercial storage or integrated charging?

Submit site load profile, grid/PV architecture, energy target, operating modes, PCS/inverter and charging requirements. Agree a consistent schedule, cooling, controls, fire protection and installation responsibilities. Grid connection and project approval concern the complete system, not a catalogue component alone.

Can logo, colours, packaging or BMS protocol be customized?

Submit products, quantities, artwork and technical changes for feasibility review. Selected storage directions describe appearance/protocol options; label and packing work needs proof approval and accurate required markings. Samples and final acceptance define the agreed configuration.

What are MOQ, sample charges, lead time and warranty?

These are confirmed for the model, quantity, supplied state, customization and route. Provide delivery window and destination. Agree samples, inspection, packing, documentation and service in the quotation instead of applying one promise to the whole range.

Does a certificate or safety statement apply across the whole range?

No blanket claim is made. Request current evidence matching model, chemistry, electrical version and supplied state. Corporate certificates, patents or advertised abuse tests do not replace product-specific documentation, carrier review or complete-system approval.

Who handles my enquiry?

Factory Sourcing Hub handles this enquiry as an independent sourcing and trading service. The product route, supplier suitability, sample scope and order responsibilities are agreed for the actual project.

How do I get a price and order minimum?

Send the product reference, quantities per variation, customization and packaging. Prices, minimums, sample charges and delivery dates are confirmed in a current quotation; the page is not a live inventory or price feed.

Can I discuss samples and inspection before ordering?

Yes. State whether you need a reference sample, a customized sample or development work. Agree the sample cost and shipping, approval specification, inspection plan and remedy for non-conforming goods before the bulk order.

What should I attach to my email?

Reference images, drawings, logo artwork and a product list are useful. Include quantities, the intended users and sales market, packaging, required documents and timing. After submitting the form, email attachments to kunhuow@gmail.com with your enquiry reference.
