What matters for this category

A better brief.
A clearer comparison.

Focus the sourcing conversation on the features, materials and production details that make a difference to your product range.

01

A coordinated material brief

Combine paper, foam, craft and wrapping directions for a collection. A shared colour and packaging brief helps compare options while keeping the specifications and order conditions of every item clear.

02

Formats beyond one sheet size

Office formats, larger craft sheets, selected rolls, consumer packs and display directions offer different routes. Start with the cutting or selling format and work back to the material, yield and protective packing.

03

Finish-led development

Compare glitter, metallic, corrugated, textured and clear surfaces against the intended activity. Approve appearance, handling and conversion on actual samples before confirming a collection.

Branding, configuration & packaging

Make the product
fit your programme.

Bring artwork, reference samples and a target cost. The available process, minimum quantity, sample charges and development scope are reviewed for the chosen option.

01

Format, weight and surface

Submit trim, roll dimensions, weight or foam thickness together with the finish. Selected products list custom sizes or colours; feasibility, tolerances and minimum quantities need confirmation for the actual grade.

02

Colour and assortment packing

Provide shade or PMS references, colour sequence and quantity per pack. Approve a physical reference for every material, as one colour target can look different on paper, foam and film.

03

Presentation and shipment

Define artwork, header cards, labels, pack counts, cartons and pallet requirements. Confirm print permissions, samples, development charges, minimums and the schedule in an item-specific written proposal.

Quality & product evidence

Turn requirements
into checks.

Agree which product characteristics need testing and how the approved sample relates to the bulk order.

01

Material and dimensional approval

Agree checks for paper weight, foam or film thickness, sheet squareness, trim and count. Identify which face and surface characteristics must match the approved textured, corrugated or coated reference.

02

Performance for the actual task

Choose checks such as cutting, adhesion, glitter shedding, colour rub or bleed, printing and wrapping behaviour. These are order-specific acceptance requirements; decorative appearance alone does not establish performance.

03

Use-specific evidence

Request applicable reports for the chosen material, destination and intended user. Food-contact, child-use, chemical, environmental and other claims require product-specific evidence with a matching scope and date.

Test capability is a starting point for the inspection plan. Request the method, applicable model and results needed for your order.

Documents matched to the order

Ask for evidence
that fits the product.

Identify the material and its use, then connect the physical sample with artwork, packing and acceptance criteria. Keep each paper, foam, film and accessory line separately identifiable.

State the sales market, intended users and required files in your first enquiry. Current validity and scope are checked for the selected supplier and product; a category description does not certify every item.

Buyer questions

Before you send
your first enquiry.

Practical answers about this sourcing direction, customization and the reference options. Your agreed specification and written quotation determine the actual order.

Can paper and EVA products share a collection?

Yes. List each material and quantity separately within a shared colour and activity brief. Minimums, sampling and schedules still need confirmation for each selected line.

Which EVA thicknesses are listed?

The glitter-sheet reference lists 1.5, 1.8 and 2.0 mm; the metallic-sheet reference lists 1.9 mm. These are different products, so request the exact surface, colour, size and thickness together.

Does crepe paper weight mean finished weight?

The solid-colour reference specifies a 17 gsm base paper and 20% stretch. Confirm the weight and stretch measurement for the selected grade before comparing different crepe or tissue products.

Can colours and packs be customised?

Submit the shade, colour sequence, pack count and label design. Selected products list custom colour or packing directions; feasibility and order conditions are confirmed by item.

Are all papers suitable for food contact?

Establish suitability for the selected material and conditions. State the food, temperature, contact time and destination, then request matching evidence. A greaseproof description alone is not a universal approval.

What should a craft-material sample check cover?

Confirm dimensions, weight or thickness, colour, surface, cutting and the intended bonding or printing process. Add rub, colour-transfer or glitter-retention requirements where those behaviours affect the finished project.

Are minimums, samples and lead times fixed?

No verified single policy covers this entire range. Request item-specific sample availability and fees, development needs, minimums and timing before approving a purchasing plan.

What should the first enquiry include?

Send a material list, quantities, dimensions, weight or thickness, finishes and colours. Include artwork, pack counts, destination, intended users or contents, required evidence and target delivery window.

Who handles my enquiry?

Factory Sourcing Hub handles this enquiry as an independent sourcing and trading service. The product route, supplier suitability, sample scope and order responsibilities are agreed for the actual project.

How do I get a price and order minimum?

Send the product reference, quantities per variation, customization and packaging. Prices, minimums, sample charges and delivery dates are confirmed in a current quotation; the page is not a live inventory or price feed.

Can I discuss samples and inspection before ordering?

Yes. State whether you need a reference sample, a customized sample or development work. Agree the sample cost and shipping, approval specification, inspection plan and remedy for non-conforming goods before the bulk order.

What should I attach to my email?

Reference images, drawings, logo artwork and a product list are useful. Include quantities, the intended users and sales market, packaging, required documents and timing. After submitting the form, email attachments to kunhuow@gmail.com with your enquiry reference.
