Bring the product brief together. Coordinate food, consumer and industrial sourcing.

Food, Textile, Consumer & Industrial Product Sourcing

Coordinate product sourcing across tomato ingredients, food and agricultural materials, textiles, footwear, packaging, interiors, computer hardware, electric two-wheelers and energy projects. Keep specifications, samples, quality records and packing specific to each product.

  • Cover several purchasing categories with a clearly itemised enquiry.
  • Keep food, textile, consumer and industrial approval requirements separate.
  • Match samples, technical records and packing to the chosen product.

Manufacturing, product documents and order conditions depend on the model and supply route selected for your project.

Explore the product range

Build the range
your buyers need.

Choose a focused product or discuss a coordinated assortment. Each direction can be developed into a more specific model and packaging brief.

Tomato ingredients and sauces

Discuss paste, tomato sauce and ketchup as separate recipes and product specifications. Define solids, flavour, ingredients and intended use before selecting packaging. Household and foodservice requirements can be quoted separately.

Enquire about this range ↗

Prepared dough foods and frozen vegetables

Provide the product form, ingredients, portion or cut, cooking method and packing requirement. Samples should be reviewed with the intended preparation method and cold-chain arrangement, with shelf life confirmed for the selected product.

Enquire about this range ↗

Rice, edible oil and staple foods

Specify the grain or oil grade, origin requirement, pack size and channel. Product approval should include composition or grade, labelling and the batch evidence required for the destination.

Enquire about this range ↗

Seafood

Source to species, product form and processing requirements. The direction covers fish, shellfish and mixed-seafood enquiries; exact species identity, origin, size grading, glaze and packing must be confirmed for the selected order.

Enquire about this range ↗

Sesame, peanuts, grains and feed ingredients

Treat these as separate agricultural procurement briefs. Define the use, origin, grade, purity and relevant batch tests. Feed materials and ingredients intended for human consumption require distinct specifications and supply arrangements.

Enquire about this range ↗

Frozen meat and poultry

Submit species, cut, processing, packing and destination requirements. Confirm the actual establishment, shipment eligibility and temperature records for the order; a general trading portfolio does not establish approval for every market.

Enquire about this range ↗

Textile materials and apparel

Include fabric sourcing and garment enquiries, with autumn/winter children’s jackets and recycled-content clothing among the development directions. Specify fabric construction, size set and care requirements and request applicable evidence before making a fibre or content claim.

Enquire about this range ↗

Footwear, work gloves and rainwear

Discuss work and safety footwear, rain boots, snow boots, gloves, insoles and rainwear to the intended use. Heated winter options require their own electrical and battery brief. Confirm performance and documents per model rather than across the range.

Enquire about this range ↗

Luggage and gift textiles

Coordinate travel cases, luggage projects and towel or bath-towel sets. A semi-finished luggage-kit enquiry can define the supplied components and assembly responsibilities separately from a completed suitcase order.

Enquire about this range ↗

Paper foodservice packaging

Compare cups, bowls, boxes and matching lids as a fitted set. Specify paper structure, coating, contact conditions, lid fit, leakage expectations and print requirements. Food-contact suitability depends on the actual construction and use.

Enquire about this range ↗

Plastic drinkware and everyday consumables

Include PET cups, sealable plastic beverage-container concepts, gloves and cling film. Define material and contact conditions before ordering. A sealable pack description does not establish suitability for pressure, hot filling or reuse.

Enquire about this range ↗

Interior flooring and wall panels

Discuss indoor flooring, shaped composite designs, wall panels and matching accessories. UV-finished wall panels, herringbone layouts and embossed surface directions can be considered against an installation and appearance brief.

Enquire about this range ↗

Computer hardware and business peripherals

Source computer or server enclosures, power-supply enquiries, keyboards, scanners, handheld data terminals and rugged tablet projects. Match interfaces, software, dimensions and operating environment to the intended installation.

Enquire about this range ↗

Printing, POS and access-control enquiries

Define the integration requirements for receipt or label printing, point-of-sale and access-control projects. Confirm the actual hardware revision, interface, driver, consumable and support arrangement before approval.

Enquire about this range ↗

Translation audio and recording devices

Discuss translation-enabled earphones and recording-card concepts with the required languages and workflow. App dependency, subscription, privacy, offline use and software support are part of product selection, not assumed from an exhibition demonstration.

Enquire about this range ↗

Electric two-wheelers

Set the intended vehicle category, load, terrain, speed, range and charging requirements. Review the exact drivetrain and battery with destination approval and shipment documents; an exhibition specification is not a road-use approval.

Enquire about this range ↗

Battery cells, packs, BMS and storage

Coordinate chemistry, electrical ratings, communication and the complete intended system. Cells, battery management, finished packs and cabinet storage require different acceptance and transport records.

Enquire about this range ↗

Solar panels and inverters

Match module, inverter, battery and load requirements as a system. Request corrected and current electrical data where a reference is incomplete, then verify compatibility and any required grid or installation approvals.

Enquire about this range ↗

Battery-production equipment and project planning

Discuss spot welding, equipment sourcing and production-line planning against a process and acceptance brief. Define the engineering, installation, commissioning and training scope explicitly; a product catalogue does not establish turnkey delivery for every facility.

Product directions and selected published specifications help prepare an enquiry. They do not establish stock, authorisation, certification, manufacturing ownership or a complete technical offer. Current configuration, source, tests, sample approval and commercial terms are confirmed for each selected item.

What matters for this category

A better brief.
A clearer comparison.

Focus the sourcing conversation on the features, materials and production details that make a difference to your product range.

01

Build a comparable purchasing brief

Break a mixed-category request into defined line items, quantities, target uses and approval criteria. This gives each quotation a clear scope and helps reveal missing components or assumptions.

02

Connect product and packing decisions

Consider the product, container, labelling and shipment together. Food recipes and packs, garments and size sets, enclosures and hardware, and batteries and transport records each need their own approval sequence.

03

Coordinate evidence and follow-through

Request the technical or quality records relevant to each item and identify the responsible manufacturing or processing source. Retain sample, lot and packing references so follow-up enquiries and repeat orders use the same agreed basis.

Branding, configuration & packaging

Make the product
fit your programme.

Bring artwork, reference samples and a target cost. The available process, minimum quantity, sample charges and development scope are reviewed for the chosen option.

01

Develop the product and sample

Submit recipe, material, drawing, size chart or hardware brief as applicable. Sample availability, development scope, charges and approval stages are confirmed per item; there is no universal sample or production term.

02

Define labels, artwork and configuration

Request feasibility for own-label packaging, colour, garment trims, enclosure layout or system configuration. Use authorised artwork and approve the actual composition, content and interface details before bulk release.

03

Set the commercial and delivery scope

Agree quantity, minimums, tooling or setup, lead time, packing and shipment responsibilities for each product. Food cold-chain, lithium-battery transport and ordinary consumer-goods packing should be planned separately.

Quality & product evidence

Turn requirements
into checks.

Agree which product characteristics need testing and how the approved sample relates to the bulk order.

01

Food and agricultural approval

Define ingredient or species identity, grade, relevant chemical and microbiological limits, allergens, shelf life and storage. Confirm the actual processing source, batch reports and destination documents; no portfolio-wide food-safety badge is assumed.

02

Textile and consumer-goods approval

Agree composition, size, construction, colour, fit and care checks. For food-contact packaging, footwear, children’s products and building panels, request the tests applicable to the chosen material and intended use.

03

Electrical and mechanical validation

Check ratings, interfaces, protection, software and the complete operating environment for hardware, vehicles and energy systems. Correct contradictory technical data before selection and verify current model-specific conformity and transport records.

Test capability is a starting point for the inspection plan. Request the method, applicable model and results needed for your order.

Documents matched to the order

Ask for evidence
that fits the product.

Use a separate approval file for each product domain, linked to the actual selected article and supply source.

State the sales market, intended users and required files in your first enquiry. Current validity and scope are checked for the selected supplier and product; a category description does not certify every item.

Share your document requirements ↗
Specification and approved reference
Keep recipe or material composition, drawings, size chart, electrical sheet or process requirements with the approved sample and tolerances. Record revisions before order confirmation.
Testing, traceability and claims
Request current article-specific reports, source identification and the documents needed for claims such as recycled content, food contact or protective performance. A supplier profile or exhibition badge does not replace certificate-scope verification.
Commercial and shipment records
Confirm packing lists, lot or serial identification, invoices, origin and destination documents as applicable. Food temperature, battery dangerous-goods and installation records are relevant only where the actual order requires them.
Built around how you sell

Different buyers.
Different specifications.

Your sales channel changes the assortment, packaging and quality priorities. Tell us the intended use as well as the product name.

01

Foodservice and ingredient buyers

Coordinate recipe, product form, pack format and batch approval for tomato products, staples, frozen foods or seafood. Confirm storage and distribution needs with the selected item.

02

Apparel, retail and interiors programmes

Prepare material, design, size and pack briefs for garments, footwear, luggage, consumables or interior products. Agree samples and relevant performance evidence before committing a range.

03

Hardware distributors and energy projects

Define interfaces, loads, environment, software and service responsibilities for digital hardware, two-wheelers or solar and battery systems. Validate the exact configuration rather than combining catalogue values from different products.

From first brief to a defined order

Buyer questions

Before you send
your first enquiry.

Practical answers about this sourcing direction, customization and the reference options. Your agreed specification and written quotation determine the actual order.

Can I include unrelated products in one enquiry?

Yes. List each item separately with its application, quantity, target specification and destination. Food, garments, consumer products and electrical equipment keep their own approval and shipment requirements.

Can tomato products be packed for both household and foodservice channels?

The directions include sachets, pouches, cans, plastic bottles and foodservice bucket enquiries. Confirm the selected recipe, fill quantity, packaging, shelf life and commercial terms for the channel.

What information is needed for frozen food or seafood?

Provide product or species identity, form, size or cut, processing, pack, storage and destination. Confirm the actual processing source and the documents and temperature arrangements for the shipment.

Are all food products covered by the same certificates?

No. Verify current scope, establishment and product coverage for the selected food. A profile describing a certification does not establish a valid certificate for every item or market.

Can clothing use recycled-content fabric or our own labels?

Submit the garment, fabric, size and artwork brief. Confirm feasibility and sample approval, and obtain applicable material and traceability evidence before making a recycled-content claim.

Do all safety shoes or gloves have a protective rating?

No rating is assumed across a range. Define the use and standard, then verify the exact model, current reports, marking and declaration scope before approval.

Can travel cases be supplied as kits?

A semi-finished luggage-kit direction can be discussed. Specify the components, colours, assembly steps, tooling, instructions and acceptance responsibilities separately from a finished-case order.

Are cups and other containers suitable for any food or drink?

Specify material, temperature, contents, contact time, closure and intended use. Request evidence and trials for those conditions; a container name alone does not establish suitability for hot filling, pressure or reuse.

Can flooring or wall panels be customised?

Provide dimensions, core, installation method and target appearance. Confirm finish samples and the required fire, emission, moisture or other tests for the selected construction.

What is needed for a keyboard, scanner or printer project?

State the application, interface, software, layout or scan and print requirements, consumables and operating environment. Confirm the exact hardware and firmware revision with a working sample.

Do translation devices include permanent access to all software functions?

Confirm languages, app dependency, subscription, online or offline operation, data handling and support terms for the specific device. Demonstrated functions are not a lifetime software entitlement.

Can I choose a solar or battery system from the reference specifications alone?

Use them only for an initial comparison. Provide loads, energy use, installation and environment, then obtain the complete current electrical sheet and a compatibility review for the actual system.

Why do some reference products omit electrical values?

Selection requires consistent data. Where a published field is incomplete or contradictory, request a corrected current sheet instead of inferring an output, capacity, operating limit or approval.

Can battery-production equipment and commissioning be included?

Define the process, components, equipment, utilities and acceptance tests. Engineering, installation, commissioning, training and support are agreed as a project-specific scope.

What are the minimum quantity, sample cost and lead time?

They depend on the selected product, configuration, recipe or material, packaging and current arrangement. Request item-specific terms; terms from one business line do not apply to another.

Can several orders be packed or shipped together?

Review feasibility after product, storage, handling and documentation requirements are clear. Food cold-chain, batteries and ordinary merchandise may require different shipment plans and responsibilities.

Who handles my enquiry?

Factory Sourcing Hub handles this enquiry as an independent sourcing and trading service. The product route, supplier suitability, sample scope and order responsibilities are agreed for the actual project.

How do I get a price and order minimum?

Send the product reference, quantities per variation, customization and packaging. Prices, minimums, sample charges and delivery dates are confirmed in a current quotation; the page is not a live inventory or price feed.

Can I discuss samples and inspection before ordering?

Yes. State whether you need a reference sample, a customized sample or development work. Agree the sample cost and shipping, approval specification, inspection plan and remedy for non-conforming goods before the bulk order.

What should I attach to my email?

Reference images, drawings, logo artwork and a product list are useful. Include quantities, the intended users and sales market, packaging, required documents and timing. After submitting the form, email attachments to kunhuow@gmail.com with your enquiry reference.
