Discuss this option ↗

These are selected reference specifications, not a statement of current stock or universal performance. Match each size and component description to the selected current drawing and sample. Carton measurements are explicitly labelled and must not be treated as board dimensions. Steel allocation, wood species, finishes, set contents, electrical ratings and destination requirements need confirmation for the final item. Minimum quantities, sample fees and production schedules are item-specific quotation terms.

What matters for this category

A better brief.
A clearer comparison.

Focus the sourcing conversation on the features, materials and production details that make a difference to your product range.

01

Build a coordinated assortment

Choose preparation, serving, storage, tabletop and daily-carry pieces as one buying programme. Keep the material, finish and pack requirements consistent while specifying the function of each item separately.

02

Compare mixed-material options

Assess wood and bamboo alongside stone, resin, metal, glass, silicone and polymer components. Confirm which surfaces touch food, which parts carry a load and which cleaning conditions the complete assembly permits.

03

Turn a design brief into an item specification

Discuss OEM or ODM development from a drawing, reference sample or authorised artwork. Agree the exact geometry, component allocation, finish, trial sample and packing before fixing commercial terms.

Branding, configuration & packaging

Make the product
fit your programme.

Bring artwork, reference samples and a target cost. The available process, minimum quantity, sample charges and development scope are reviewed for the chosen option.

01

Shape, material and finish

Specify the wood species or engineered material, board thickness, edge, handle, compartment layout, stain, varnish and permitted decoration. Approve the natural material variation and finish sample for the selected construction.

02

Drinkware and appliance configuration

Define capacity, closure, handle, straw or spout, authorised colour and decoration. For powered cups, include rated voltage, frequency, plug, heating requirements and destination evidence; do not assume a different voltage version is available.

03

Samples, artwork and packaging

Send a drawing or reference and editable authorised artwork where available. Agree existing-sample or custom-sample arrangements, charges, pack contents, retail artwork, carton configuration and schedule in the item quotation. Product photography support can be requested for the approved design.

Quality & product evidence

Turn requirements
into checks.

Agree which product characteristics need testing and how the approved sample relates to the bulk order.

01

Wood and mixed-material acceptance

Agree checks for dimensions, flatness, moisture condition, edges, splinters, finish consistency, bonds, joints and assembly. Define allowable natural grain and colour variation and any relevant food-contact or load test.

02

Drinkware performance specification

Set acceptance requirements for seams, closure fit, gaskets, openings, filled carrying and any spill or thermal-retention test. A vacuum-product description or a metal grade alone does not establish a guaranteed retention time or leakproof result.

03

Powered-product and packing review

Confirm the exact electrical construction, destination evidence and care instructions for each appliance. Agree sample review and batch inspection, then check the packed unit, component protection and carton specification.

Test capability is a starting point for the inspection plan. Request the method, applicable model and results needed for your order.

Documents matched to the order

Ask for evidence
that fits the product.

Ask for documents that match the selected construction and destination. The approved drawing, sample and packaging specification should describe the same complete item.

State the sales market, intended users and required files in your first enquiry. Current validity and scope are checked for the selected supplier and product; a category description does not certify every item.

Share your document requirements ↗
Drawing and component schedule
Request dimensions, nominal capacity, wood species, finish system, material allocation, steel grade where applicable, assembly and included-tool list. Powered items also need the final rated specification.
Use and compliance evidence
Request relevant material, food-contact, electrical and care records for the exact item. Any certified wood or recycled-material claim requires valid, applicable supply-chain documentation; a general website badge is not a product approval.
Approved sample and commercial file
Confirm the sample version, authorised artwork, inspection criteria, unit/set packing, barcodes, carton data, quantity by option and agreed production schedule. Review any tooling and design ownership terms separately.

Buyer questions

Before you send
your first enquiry.

Practical answers about this sourcing direction, customization and the reference options. Your agreed specification and written quotation determine the actual order.

Which product groups can be included?

Include boards, cheese sets, knife holders, trays, plates, bowls, cake displays, spice tools, utensils, coasters, canisters, racks, bathroom accessories, drinkware, food jars and portable electric cups. Send any additional household requirement with its intended function so current product availability can be assessed.

Can I combine different woods, stone, resin or metal?

Mixed-material references are available as selection directions. Specify the exact species or material, component layout, bonding, finish and food-contact surfaces. A wood colour or a stain name does not prove the species, and one assembly’s care instructions cannot be transferred to another.

Are the displayed board measurements always the product size?

No. Some board entries supply carton dimensions and a carton quantity. These are labelled as packing references. Request the current individual-board drawing and tolerances before comparing thickness, work area or retail fit.

Can I request my own design, artwork and pack?

OEM and ODM options can be discussed with drawings, samples and authorised artwork. Agree geometry, materials, finish, tooling if required, unit contents, retail packaging and carton details. Sample cost, minimum quantity and production schedule depend on the selected item.

Are all drinkware interiors 304 stainless steel?

No universal allocation is implied. Selected tumblers list 304 stainless steel, while a food-jar reference lists SS304/SS201 without assigning each steel to a specific component. Confirm the inner, outer and contact-part materials in the item schedule and supporting records.

Do the drinkware references guarantee leakproof performance or retention hours?

No. Define the required fill, liquid, orientation, movement, temperature and test duration. Closure, seal and vacuum construction need to be assessed as a complete assembly against the agreed conditions before any quantified claim is used.

Can the electric-heating reference be supplied for any electrical market?

The selected reference lists 220 V, 50 Hz and 300 W. Other voltage, plug or control arrangements must be confirmed as a separate configuration with its applicable electrical evidence, instructions and sample approval. Do not treat a change of plug as proof of a different rated-voltage design.

What information helps produce a useful quotation?

Send the item mix, quantities, dimensions or capacities, component materials, finish and colour, intended food or household task, destination, tests or claims required, authorised artwork, packed-unit contents and target delivery date. Separate existing-product selection from any custom development.

Who handles my enquiry?

Factory Sourcing Hub handles this enquiry as an independent sourcing and trading service. The product route, supplier suitability, sample scope and order responsibilities are agreed for the actual project.

How do I get a price and order minimum?

Send the product reference, quantities per variation, customization and packaging. Prices, minimums, sample charges and delivery dates are confirmed in a current quotation; the page is not a live inventory or price feed.

Can I discuss samples and inspection before ordering?

Yes. State whether you need a reference sample, a customized sample or development work. Agree the sample cost and shipping, approval specification, inspection plan and remedy for non-conforming goods before the bulk order.

What should I attach to my email?

Reference images, drawings, logo artwork and a product list are useful. Include quantities, the intended users and sales market, packaging, required documents and timing. After submitting the form, email attachments to kunhuow@gmail.com with your enquiry reference.
