Connect outdoor cooling with everyday drinkware. Develop the right container for carrying, serving and meals.

Hard Coolers, Cooler Bags, Custom Drinkware & Coffee Service

Source a broad outdoor and housewares programme covering insulated cooler boxes, wheeled chests, rotomoulded coolers, soft bags, beverage jugs, vacuum bottles, tumblers, glass and plastic bottles, coffee carafes, French presses, food jars and lunch containers. Compare actual capacities, internal and external dimensions, material construction and article-specific customisation before approving a sample and packing plan.

  • Plan hard coolers, soft bags and personal drinkware as distinct product specifications.
  • Compare usable space, carrying features, closures and food-contact materials.
  • Coordinate colours, authorised logos, new-design development and retail presentation.

Manufacturing, product documents and order conditions depend on the model and supply route selected for your project.

Build the range
your buyers need.

Choose a focused product or discuss a coordinated assortment. Each direction can be developed into a more specific model and packaging brief.

Compact hard cooler boxes

Choose a cooler around the objects it must hold, its internal layout and the way it will be carried. Small hard-box references identify PP liners with EPS insulation and a separate PE-body direction. Confirm the actual shell, liner, foam and lid for the chosen item; equal nominal volumes can have different internal shapes.

Enquire about this range ↗

Wheeled coolers and larger chests

A wheeled chest changes how a loaded cooler can be moved. Review wheel size, axle retention, telescoping or tow handle, lifting grips, lid access and loading constraints. The cited 18 L item gives internal and external dimensions separately; verify the loaded weight and intended terrain rather than assuming every rolling cooler behaves the same way.

Enquire about this range ↗

Rotomoulded and insulated outdoor ranges

Rotomoulded cooler and larger insulated-chest categories extend the outdoor programme. Specify the body process, liner, foam, gasket, latches, drain, handles and accessory layout for each selected item. Construction and nominal capacity alone do not establish a multi-day ice-retention result, seating load or bear-resistance rating.

Enquire about this range ↗

Soft cooler bags and collapsible formats

Fabric-based cooling directions include zippered bags, lunch bags, picnic baskets, collapsible carriers and larger soft packs. Review liner construction, seams, access hatch, pockets, straps and storage form. A 10 L collapsible reference provides a starting format; agree the actual load arrangement, leakage definition and care instructions for the selected design.

Enquire about this range ↗

Beverage cooler jugs

Insulated beverage jugs provide a separate water and serving direction from a box intended to hold cans or food containers. Compare carrying handles, pouring or dispensing arrangements, filling access and cleaning. A 20 L reference lists a PP/PU/PE material combination and a defined external size, with logo methods subject to the chosen surface.

Enquire about this range ↗

Powered vehicle refrigerator directions

A powered refrigerator programme requires a separate technical brief from a passive ice cooler. The range includes a 30 L reference within a broader size family. Confirm electrical ratings, power supply, refrigerant configuration, controls, ventilation, operating conditions and destination-market documents for the supplied version; an insulated box specification is not an electrical approval.

Enquire about this range ↗

Vacuum stainless bottles

Build a stainless hydration range around capacity, inner and outer vessel grades, cap, gasket and carrying method. Defined references include a 304-stainless capacity ladder and a one-handed bottle with 316 inner and 304 outer walls. Keep these constructions distinct and verify any thermal target against an agreed test method.

Enquire about this range ↗

Tumblers, mugs, cups and can holders

Coffee and travel directions include handled and tapered tumblers, office cups, rounded drinking-cup shapes and insulated can-holder directions. A specific 420 ml reference identifies a 304 inner vessel, 201 outer shell and PP lid. Confirm the actual drinking lid, can fit, sealing behaviour, base, handle clearance and dimensions before making a vehicle-holder or spill-resistance claim.

Enquire about this range ↗

Plastic hydration and school-bottle directions

Plastic bottles provide another weight and drinking-format choice. A defined 480 ml copolyester reference uses a pop-up straw arrangement. Select the actual cap, seal, removable parts, decoration and age range, then review the complete-product documents and care instructions. A resin-level safety statement is not a universal claim for every decorated bottle.

Enquire about this range ↗

Glass bottles and removable tea filters

Double-wall glass bottle directions include removable tea-filter arrangements, sleeves and spout-cover options. A cited 500 ml example identifies a borosilicate body and stainless filter. Specify the lid, gasket and filter separately, with a defined care and thermal-shock brief; double-wall glass does not automatically establish vacuum insulation or an unbreakable product.

Enquire about this range ↗

Titanium bottle directions

Titanium water-bottle categories offer another material-development route alongside stainless, plastic and glass. Establish the actual material grade, wall construction, weight, closure and intended use on a selected article. The category name alone does not prove that every fitting is titanium, that the product is medical grade or that it has a tested thermal rating.

Enquire about this range ↗

Coffee carafes and thermal serving vessels

Coffee-service directions include stainless and glass carafes, handled pots and insulated servers. Review capacity, pouring path, stopper, lid disassembly, filling access and balance when full. A 1.3 L stainless pot reference is separate from the French-press brewing direction; agree whether the article is a serving vessel, brewer or both.

Enquire about this range ↗

Stainless French presses

A French press combines the vessel with a plunger and filter system. The cited 1 L reference identifies PP and 304 stainless components with a double-wall direction. Review the filter stack, replacement or cleaning access, plunger movement, lid fit, pouring behaviour and the buyer’s brewing routine on the complete sample.

Enquire about this range ↗

Food jars and stainless lunch containers

Wide-mouth jars and handled lunch-container directions provide another meal programme. A 700 ml food-jar example and 1.8 L stainless lunch-container example are separately specified. Confirm the inner vessel, closure, seal, usable fill volume and cleaning access for each; temperature retention does not by itself establish a safe food-holding duration.

Enquire about this range ↗

Glass food-storage containers

A glass food-storage family includes multiple nominal volumes, locking arrangements and silicone seals. The cited 1,500 ml direction combines a borosilicate body with a tempered-glass lid. Establish the exact body and lid materials and part-specific care limits; the assembled item’s oven, microwave or freezer use must follow the approved instructions.

Enquire about this range ↗

Glass-lined flasks and coordinated sets

Glass-lined flask categories provide a separate direction from transparent glass water bottles and all-stainless vacuum vessels. Select a specific current flask and liner before defining capacity, shell, stopper and service use. Cooler-combination and coordinated set directions can be discussed with their actual included items, individual specifications and protective packing.

Discuss this option ↗

Values describe individual catalogue references and require current-article confirmation. Internal dimensions are distinct from external dimensions, nominal volume from usable load, and passive insulation from powered refrigeration. Do not infer capacity from a model number. Listed carton counts are article-specific; box pairs with an omitted axis are not a complete carton drawing. No fixed thermal duration, can count, food-safe holding period, care temperature or electrical approval is promised without matching evidence.

What matters for this category

A better brief.
A clearer comparison.

Focus the sourcing conversation on the features, materials and production details that make a difference to your product range.

01

A linked outdoor and housewares programme

Coordinate coolers, soft bags, beverage jugs, personal bottles, coffee service and meal containers in one brief while retaining separate specifications and commercial terms. This supports a consistent colour and presentation plan across functionally different products.

02

Useful construction and space comparisons

Actual internal and external measurements help assess packing and handling. Inner and outer stainless grades, foam and liner arrangements, filters, lids, straps and wheels give buyers concrete details to compare on samples instead of relying on a broad quality label.

03

Design development beyond a printed logo

Shape and lid development, compatible finishes, colour coordination, marking methods and several packing formats provide different routes to a private-label range. Define artwork rights, tooling ownership, confidentiality and approval stages for the chosen project.

Branding, configuration & packaging

Make the product
fit your programme.

Bring artwork, reference samples and a target cost. The available process, minimum quantity, sample charges and development scope are reviewed for the chosen option.

01

Shapes, lids and compatible finishes

Provide a design or selected reference with the intended use, dimensions and component requirements. Discuss body and cap development, colour targets and material-compatible finishes such as powder coating, painting, plating or selected transfer decoration. A finish available on one body material is not automatically suitable for another.

02

Authorised logos and presentation

Prepare vector logo files and placement dimensions for compatible printing, laser marking, embossing or other agreed methods. Packing directions include colour boxes, gift boxes, coordinated-set boxes and cylindrical formats. Use original artwork and confirm rights before reproducing a protected design or customer graphic.

03

Separate sampling, minimums and bulk schedule

Agree the design revision, sample charge, freight, sample approval and production schedule in writing. Minimums vary substantially between specific bottles, presses, glass containers and cooler programmes. Treat stock, decorated existing designs and new tooling as distinct quotations; no single minimum or lead time covers the whole range.

Quality & product evidence

Turn requirements
into checks.

Agree which product characteristics need testing and how the approved sample relates to the bulk order.

01

Match inspection to the construction

Define materials, dimensions, assembly, closure fit and contact components for the selected item. Cooler checks may include lids, drains, handles, wheels and liners; bottle checks may include the vacuum assembly, seals, drinking parts and finish. Do not apply a bottle test result to a different cooler or food container.

02

Define performance and care tests

Agree thermal conditions, leakage orientation, drop or load conditions, coating acceptance and cleaning instructions where relevant. For powered refrigeration, add the exact electrical and operational requirements. Request reports tied to the current article and production configuration rather than treating listed equipment as proof of every claim.

03

Review packed production before shipment

Use the approved sample, drawing, material list and artwork as production references. Include accessories, retail-box fit, protective separators, carton marking and transit checks. Agree inspection access, sampling and acceptance criteria before order release; confirm the final commercial packing independently for each article.

Test capability is a starting point for the inspection plan. Request the method, applicable model and results needed for your order.

Documents matched to the order

Ask for evidence
that fits the product.

Build the document file around the actual article and market. Food-contact statements, child-product information, care limits, thermal tests and electrical requirements have different scopes; an audit listing or material certificate does not replace the relevant finished-product evidence.

State the sales market, intended users and required files in your first enquiry. Current validity and scope are checked for the selected supplier and product; a category description does not certify every item.

Share your document requirements ↗
Technical and material specification
Request drawings, internal and external dimensions, working volume, component materials, metal grades, insulation structure and accessory list. For powered products, add electrical ratings, power supplies, refrigerant and ventilation details for the exact supplied version.
Market-specific test and care file
Specify the applicable food-contact, consumer-product and electrical requirements where relevant. Review actual report dates, model coverage, materials, decoration and test conditions. Obtain part-specific cleaning, hot-fill, dishwasher, oven or freezer instructions and the appropriate warnings.
Approval, packing and shipment records
Keep the sample revision, artwork approvals, colour references, packaging dielines, labels, accessory count, carton plan and inspection record together. For any requested production-origin option, require item-specific manufacturing and origin documentation rather than relying on a general group-factory statement.
Built around how you sell

Your sales channel changes the assortment, packaging and quality priorities. Tell us the intended use as well as the product name.

01

Outdoor retail and picnic assortments

Compare compact carry coolers, larger wheeled chests, soft bags, drink jugs and bottles around actual loads and carrying conditions. Plan the shelf, storage and transport dimensions with the chosen packing rather than nominal volume alone.

02

Coffee, office and promotional ranges

Develop a coordinated bottle, travel-cup, carafe or French-press selection with authorised branding and presentation. Separate brewing, serving and portable-drinking functions and define the selected finish, lid and sample acceptance.

03

Meal preparation and food-container programmes

Compare stainless lunch containers, wide-mouth jars and glass storage around the food, portion layout, care method and market. Review usable fill level, closure, contact materials and instructions; no safe food-holding period is inferred from an insulation claim.

Buyer questions

Before you send
your first enquiry.

Practical answers about this sourcing direction, customization and the reference options. Your agreed specification and written quotation determine the actual order.

What business areas can one programme cover?

The range includes hard and soft coolers, beverage cooler jugs, personal drinkware, coffee carafes and French presses, glass-lined flasks, food jars, lunch containers and glass food storage. Each article has a separate material, construction, performance and packing specification, even when colours and presentation are coordinated.

How should I compare cooler capacity?

Compare nominal volume with the actual internal dimensions, lid clearance and objects to be packed. External dimensions are needed separately for transport, storage and display. Ask for a repeatable load arrangement when a can count or meal-container count matters; a litre value alone does not establish that count.

Are all hard coolers made with the same foam and liner?

No. The cited compact references include PP interiors with EPS insulation, while another wheeled direction identifies a PE shell with PU foam. Other articles use different material combinations. Match the shell, liner, foam, lid, gasket and hardware to the exact selected item.

What soft cooler formats are available?

The directions include lunch and picnic bags, collapsible carriers, baskets and larger soft packs. The cited 10 L reference has a zippered main compartment, an access hatch and carrying options. Confirm fabric, liner, seams, load, folded size and care on the actual article.

Can a cooler be used for regulated cold-chain transport?

A cold-chain brief needs its own validated temperature profile, duration, loading arrangement, monitoring and handling requirements. A leisure cooler or a catalogue ice-retention statement does not establish that qualification. Provide the intended contents and applicable requirements for a separate review.

What drinkware materials can I discuss?

The programme covers stainless, plastic and glass directions, with titanium bottles as another category. Steel grades and component materials vary by article: some references identify 316 inner and 304 outer vessels, while a specific travel cup identifies 304 inner and 201 outer. Confirm the complete assembly rather than applying one grade across the range.

Do you offer coffee brewing as well as coffee serving?

Yes, the directions include a 1 L stainless French press and separate coffee pots, carafes and thermal servers. A press requires a plunger and filter specification; a serving pot requires pouring, stopper and lid details. Define the actual routine and capacity before comparing samples.

What food-container directions are included?

The references include a 1.8 L stainless lunch container, a 700 ml wide-mouth food jar and a 1,500 ml glass storage direction within a multi-size family. Confirm the working fill, lid, contact materials, accessories and care instructions for the selected item. Insulation does not establish a food-safe holding time.

Can I customise the shape, cap, logo and box?

Existing-article colour and logo work, compatible surface finishes, cap development and new-shape tooling can be discussed with different scopes and costs. Provide authorised vector artwork and drawings where available. Define tooling ownership, confidentiality, sample approval and retail or set-packing requirements in the quotation.

What are the minimum order and production lead time?

Both depend on the selected product, colour split, decoration, tooling, packing and order programme. Individual article listings use different minimums, and generic FAQs do not establish a universal commitment. Request a current written quotation with a sample schedule and separate bulk-production schedule.

Can I specify a production-origin option?

State any origin requirement at the beginning of the enquiry. Availability must be confirmed for the particular article, process and order, with matching manufacturing and origin documents. A group’s overseas facility announcement does not mean that every listed product can be supplied from that location.

What changes for a powered refrigerator project?

The brief must identify the exact electrical supply, adapter, controls, refrigerant configuration, ventilation, operating conditions and required market approvals. Confirm these for the supplied version with current documents. Passive cooler materials, nominal volume and an advertised temperature are not a complete electrical-product qualification.

What should accompany my quotation request?

Send the product direction and capacity, intended load or use, sales market, component and performance requirements, quantity split by colour, authorised artwork and packing brief. Include any age grading, powered-product requirements, origin requirement, sample approval, inspection plan and required delivery date.

Who handles my enquiry?

Factory Sourcing Hub handles this enquiry as an independent sourcing and trading service. The product route, supplier suitability, sample scope and order responsibilities are agreed for the actual project.

How do I get a price and order minimum?

Send the product reference, quantities per variation, customization and packaging. Prices, minimums, sample charges and delivery dates are confirmed in a current quotation; the page is not a live inventory or price feed.

Can I discuss samples and inspection before ordering?

Yes. State whether you need a reference sample, a customized sample or development work. Agree the sample cost and shipping, approval specification, inspection plan and remedy for non-conforming goods before the bulk order.

What should I attach to my email?

Reference images, drawings, logo artwork and a product list are useful. Include quantities, the intended users and sales market, packaging, required documents and timing. After submitting the form, email attachments to kunhuow@gmail.com with your enquiry reference.
