Create a coordinated table and kitchen collection. Specify every piece, finish and pack.

Stainless Flatware, Hospitality Serving Ware & Kitchen Collections

Source stainless steel flatware, coloured cutlery and hospitality serving ware alongside cookware, kitchen tools, drinkware, storage accessories and dining gift directions. Compare piece-specific materials, construction, weight and finish, then confirm private-label feasibility, selected samples, care instructions and packaging for each product family.

  • Choose coordinated dining, serving and kitchen product directions.
  • Compare hollow-handle and monobloc knives using piece-specific weights.
  • Discuss laser marking, surface finishes, new shapes and retail or hospitality packs.

Manufacturing, product documents and order conditions depend on the model and supply route selected for your project.

Build the range
your buyers need.

Choose a focused product or discuss a coordinated assortment. Each direction can be developed into a more specific model and packaging brief.

Coordinated everyday flatware

Build place settings from table knives, forks and spoons with dessert, tea and other smaller pieces where available. Define the item list and quantity of each piece before comparing set prices. Different articles within a matching visual range may use different steel grades and construction; a common handle design does not make every component identical.

Decorative and formal dining styles

Ornate embossed handles, beaded and fluted details, hammered textures and other decorative directions support formal dining, gifting and hospitality. Compare relief definition, edge smoothness and hand feel on the selected sample. Match all required pieces rather than assuming a decorative table knife automatically has every serving companion.

Enquire about this range ↗

Minimalist, square and classic handle directions

Streamlined, square-section and traditional rounded handles provide alternatives for modern or classic settings. Specify the desired length, balance, weight and handle profile for each utensil. A knife weight helps compare a particular construction; it does not define the weight of a fork or the complete place setting.

Enquire about this range ↗

Steak, table, dessert and butter knives

Knife references distinguish steak, table, dessert and butter formats, with hollow-handle and monobloc variations in selected ranges. Define the blade edge and handle construction, then confirm the intended application. A dining knife specification does not establish the blade grade, hardness or performance of a kitchen preparation knife.

Enquire about this range ↗

Coloured and contrasting flatware

Selected flatware directions include gold-coloured, rose-coloured, black, champagne, rainbow, purple and blue PVD finishes alongside silver-tone mirror finishes. Agree the process, base steel and shade sample. A gold appearance is not a precious-metal composition statement; cleaning and dishwasher suitability require confirmation for the selected coating and complete article.

Enquire about this range ↗

Specialist serving utensils

Serving meat forks and knives, cake and bread knives, cheese knives and lobster forks extend the dining assortment. Choose the actual head or blade shape and intended service task. Specify the component dimensions and storage or protective packaging separately; a flatware family name alone does not establish the specification of every specialist utensil.

Enquire about this range ↗

Buffet chafing dishes and food covers

Hospitality directions include rectangular and round roll-top chafing dishes, selected translucent-cover styles and stainless food covers. Compare the outside envelope, compartment arrangement, opening clearance and removable parts. Confirm the actual heat source, insert, fuel holder or electrical assembly where required; a chafing-dish listing does not automatically include an electrical system.

Enquire about this range ↗

Cookware and iron-pan directions

The wider kitchen assortment includes stainless cookware, non-stick frying and cooking pans, iron cookware and enamelled cast-iron directions. Define the body, base, handles, lid and intended cooktop for each item. Decorative stone-like or diamond-like descriptions do not prove the presence of those materials or establish health benefits.

Enquire about this range ↗

Covered cooking vessels

Covered pot and casserole directions include enamelled cast iron and separately listed cooking vessels with capacity options. Select the actual substrate, interior surface, lid and grip arrangement. Keep oven, hob and cleaning instructions tied to the fully assembled article, including all handle and lid components.

Enquire about this range ↗

Kitchen utensils and cooking-tool sets

Ladles, turners, skimmers, silicone utensils and coordinated cooking-tool sets extend the cookware programme. Compare head material, stiffness, handle attachment, hanging or storage arrangement and safe working limits. Confirm every included tool and its material; the number of pieces does not establish that a holder is included.

Enquire about this range ↗

Cups, vacuum drinkware and insulated jugs

Cup and jug directions include vacuum drinkware, insulated serving jugs, double-wall glass cups and selected temperature-display designs. Define usable capacity, inner and outer materials, lid and seal construction. Do not apply one item’s thermal performance, leak resistance or washing instructions to the entire cup and jug range.

Enquire about this range ↗

Oil containers, boards, storage and accessories

Oil-pouring vessels and containers, chopping boards, sharpeners, utensil storage, dish-rack and chopstick directions round out the kitchen assortment. Specify the surface in contact with food, spout or closure, cleaning access and any assembly. Board, rack and storage materials need item-specific confirmation.

Enquire about this range ↗

Dining gifts and decorative teaspoons

Dining gift directions include compact cutlery combinations, larger sets and decorative teaspoon collections. Confirm the actual contents, finish and presentation insert rather than relying on a photographed arrangement. Custom artwork and decoration should use buyer-owned or otherwise authorised designs, with packaging approved for the chosen retail channel.

Enquire about this range ↗

Children’s and portable dining directions

Children’s bowl-and-utensil combinations and portable fork, spoon and chopstick sets are distinct buying programmes. Specify intended age, dimensions, edge finish, case and cleaning instructions as relevant. Cartoon imagery and character decoration require separate authorisation; a standard catalogue image does not grant permission to reproduce it.

Enquire about this range ↗

Kitchen knives and selected small appliances

Preparation-knife directions include individual knives and coordinated sets, while the broader catalogue also includes electric kettles, food-processing and cooking-appliance directions. Confirm the actual knife construction or appliance model and electrical rating before quotation. Market-specific plugs, instructions and conformity evidence must match the selected appliance, rather than being inferred from cutlery experience.

What matters for this category

A better brief.
A clearer comparison.

Focus the sourcing conversation on the features, materials and production details that make a difference to your product range.

01

Compare construction before comparing price

Define handle style, knife construction, piece weight and the required fork and spoon assortment. A coordinated visual range can support different buying positions, but the quotation should identify exactly which materials, finish and pieces are included.

02

Connect dining with service and kitchen needs

Combine flatware planning with buffet equipment, specialist serving utensils and selected kitchen categories. Maintain an individual specification for every family so that cutlery material or care claims are not transferred to cookware, drinkware or appliances.

03

Plan presentation for the sales channel

Choose between bulk hospitality supply and individually presented retail or gift directions. Piece protection, pack layout, labelling and carton quantities can be developed around the agreed assortment and authorised artwork.

Branding, configuration & packaging

Make the product
fit your programme.

Bring artwork, reference samples and a target cost. The available process, minimum quantity, sample charges and development scope are reviewed for the chosen option.

01

Logo and surface specification

Discuss laser marking on suitable knife blades or utensil handles, together with mirror, satin or matte, textured, tumbled and selected PVD finishes. Provide artwork, marking position and shade samples. Confirm the exact process and selected-item feasibility before approving the result.

02

Shape and assortment development

Discuss new handle shapes, prototypes and coordinated piece combinations for a private-label programme. Start with target dimensions, weight, balance and intended use; identify tooling, development charges and sample stages in writing. Existing stock and a newly developed shape can have different order conditions.

03

Retail, gift and transport packaging

Available packing directions include bags, hanger or tie cards, window and non-window colour or display boxes, gift boxes, wooden boxes and aluminium cases. Confirm the chosen format, exact contents, insert, barcode, instructions and outer-carton protection. Materials and construction depend on the product and order.

Quality & product evidence

Turn requirements
into checks.

Agree which product characteristics need testing and how the approved sample relates to the bulk order.

01

Check every component and finish

Agree a sample and inspection plan covering component materials, dimensions, weights, blade and edge finishing, handle attachment, polish and coating appearance. Review coating adhesion or corrosion testing only against an agreed method and acceptance criterion; a generic surface claim is not a batch test report.

02

Match care and evidence to the article

Food-contact documentation and cleaning instructions should cover the actual base materials, coatings and complete article intended for the destination. Request relevant migration or composition evidence where needed. Dishwasher suitability, temperature limits and use with particular foods require product-specific confirmation.

03

Inspect complete sets and assemblies

Check piece counts, matching shades, scratches, pack security and labelling for dining sets. Review lid fit, handles, heating arrangements or appliance electrical details separately where relevant. Define pre-shipment inspection scope and evidence in the purchase agreement.

Test capability is a starting point for the inspection plan. Request the method, applicable model and results needed for your order.

Documents matched to the order

Ask for evidence
that fits the product.

Specify the destination, intended use and required evidence when requesting a quotation. Documents are reviewed against the selected article, actual materials and current supplier scope; availability is confirmed before any claim is made.

State the sales market, intended users and required files in your first enquiry. Current validity and scope are checked for the selected supplier and product; a category description does not certify every item.

Share your document requirements ↗
Specification and approved sample record
Request the piece list, component materials, dimensions, weights, finish reference, drawings and approved sample identification. For cookware, drinkware and appliances, add the category-specific construction and use limits.
Relevant conformity and test evidence
Ask for current food-contact or material test documentation as applicable, coating and cleaning evidence where requested, and destination-specific electrical documentation for selected appliances. Do not treat a factory audit or an unrelated product certificate as approval for the complete assortment.
Packing, care and shipment data
Approve artwork, authorised decoration, instructions, warnings, individual and carton packing, quantities, gross weight and dimensions. Commercial documents and inspection records are agreed for the actual shipment.

Buyer questions

Before you send
your first enquiry.

Practical answers about this sourcing direction, customization and the reference options. Your agreed specification and written quotation determine the actual order.

Which products can be included in one enquiry?

Flatware and specialist serving utensils can be discussed alongside buffet dishes, food covers, cookware, kitchen tools, drinkware, accessories and selected dining or appliance directions. Provide separate item lists and quantities for each family so the response can identify actual availability and supply conditions.

Can a flatware set use more than one steel grade?

Yes. A coordinated range can list more than one grade and use different construction for knives and other utensils. Request a component-by-component material schedule. A general 18/10 description should not automatically be applied to every knife, utensil or accessory.

What is the difference between hollow-handle and monobloc knives?

They are different construction options, and some references give separate weights for each. Specify the desired blade, handle construction, balance and finish, then compare samples. A matching handle appearance does not establish equivalent weight or construction.

Can I request black or gold-coloured flatware?

Selected PVD colour directions can be discussed. Approve the actual shade, base steel, coating process and care instructions for the chosen article. A gold-coloured appearance does not by itself mean precious-metal plating or a particular metal content.

Are the finishes dishwasher safe?

Confirm the care instructions and supporting evidence for the selected material, finish and complete item. Coating behaviour can depend on detergent, temperature and washing conditions. General cycle-count claims do not replace an agreed test method or a product-specific care statement.

Can the products carry my logo?

Discuss laser marking on suitable flatware positions and private-label packing. Provide the authorised artwork, dimensions and intended position. Feasibility, contrast, sample approval and any development or setup charges are confirmed for the chosen product.

Can new handle shapes or set combinations be developed?

Shape and prototype development can be discussed for flatware, with the exact piece list agreed separately. Specify dimensions, weight, construction and finish. New tooling, samples, order requirements and schedule need written confirmation; the same conditions do not automatically apply to cookware or appliances.

What are the minimum order and sample lead time?

These depend on the selected item, actual stock, finish, marking, packing and development work. Request a current quotation and sample schedule. Stock hospitality pieces, custom colours and a new private-label design can require different quantities and timing.

Does a chafing-dish quotation include heating equipment?

Only the explicitly listed components are included. Confirm the dish, food pans, lid, frame and any heating or fuel components, together with dimensions and intended use. Electrical ratings and destination requirements must be specified if an electrical assembly is requested.

Can children’s products use a cartoon design?

Only buyer-owned or otherwise authorised artwork should be used. Provide intended age, dimensions, materials and destination requirements, then confirm suitable construction, instructions and relevant evidence. A catalogue character image does not grant reproduction rights.

Are the cookware and drinkware available for private label?

Discuss each selected article separately. The broader catalogue provides product directions, while customisation feasibility, material details, packaging and order conditions need confirmation for that category. Flatware customisation terms do not automatically apply to every kitchen product.

What information should I send for a quotation?

Include product family and reference direction, exact piece list, quantities by item, materials, finish or colour, logo and artwork, packaging, destination, intended use and requested evidence. Add the delivery requirement and identify whether you need stock samples or development samples.

Who handles my enquiry?

Factory Sourcing Hub handles this enquiry as an independent sourcing and trading service. The product route, supplier suitability, sample scope and order responsibilities are agreed for the actual project.

How do I get a price and order minimum?

Send the product reference, quantities per variation, customization and packaging. Prices, minimums, sample charges and delivery dates are confirmed in a current quotation; the page is not a live inventory or price feed.

Can I discuss samples and inspection before ordering?

Yes. State whether you need a reference sample, a customized sample or development work. Agree the sample cost and shipping, approval specification, inspection plan and remedy for non-conforming goods before the bulk order.

What should I attach to my email?

Reference images, drawings, logo artwork and a product list are useful. Include quantities, the intended users and sales market, packaging, required documents and timing. After submitting the form, email attachments to kunhuow@gmail.com with your enquiry reference.
