Discuss this option ↗

These are individual configuration references for trade sourcing. Semicolon-separated values preserve a row’s variant order when complete; a shorter row is a grouped option set and must not be assigned to every capacity. Select the final signed matrix, drawing and load chart. Nominal load, maximum height, temperature, charging and grade-test values are conditional; grade tests do not establish a safe operating slope. Unresolved or unrelated template entries are excluded. Conflicting axle-load, engine-geometry, dimension and unit-pair blocks are withheld pending current signed data. Battery voltage/capacity arithmetic does not prove usable energy, charging time or runtime. Other dimensions and ratings are catalogue references, not measured acceptance results.

What matters for this category

A better brief.
A clearer comparison.

Focus the sourcing conversation on the features, materials and production details that make a difference to your product range.

01

Racking and vehicle selection together

Compare pallet dimensions, aisle width, reach depth, door clearance and retained load alongside the counterbalance or warehouse truck. Include short-wheelbase and compact-mast requirements early.

02

Separate battery architectures

Keep high-voltage, standard lithium, onboard charging and lead-acid/lithium alternatives distinct. Confirm pack, charger, electrical interfaces, cooling and duty cycle as one system.

03

Equipment plus lifecycle support

Add manuals, inspection, parts lists, diagnostics and training to the enquiry. Discuss standard/extended warranty options and commissioning without assuming every service is included.

Branding, configuration & packaging

Make the product
fit your programme.

Bring artwork, reference samples and a target cost. The available process, minimum quantity, sample charges and development scope are reviewed for the chosen option.

01

Configuration and application development

Provide engine/fuel, mast, fork, tyre, cab and attachment needs, or battery/charger, speed mode and environmental requirements. Available configurations and engineering changes receive a written feasibility review.

02

Buyer artwork and order setup

Send buyer-owned colour/artwork and marking requirements with quantity, destination and label language. Agree the current minimum, unit evaluation or demonstration, commercial terms and configuration approval.

03

Packing and delivery coordination

Request transport dimensions, masses, lifting/restraint points, weather protection and battery shipping documents. Packaging, transport route, shipping terms and schedules follow the current quotation.

Quality & product evidence

Turn requirements
into checks.

Agree which product characteristics need testing and how the approved sample relates to the bulk order.

01

Process and finished-unit review

Request the applicable incoming/process checks and individual final inspection record. Define the ordered configuration, serial traceability and acceptance criteria before release.

02

Functional and load-chart checks

Review brakes, steering, mast/forks, interlocks, emergency switches, charger interfaces and operator controls against the actual unit. Confirm residual capacity at the required reach/height with the selected attachment.

03

Environment and site acceptance

Cold-store, ingress, grade and charging-temperature references need current component/system evidence. Match the exact truck, battery and site; an individual component claim does not approve the whole vehicle.

Test capability is a starting point for the inspection plan. Request the method, applicable model and results needed for your order.

Documents matched to the order

Ask for evidence
that fits the product.

Documentation and option availability follow the selected vehicle, mast, attachment, battery and destination. Factory-level, historical and another-series statements do not establish current approval of the proposed unit.

State the sales market, intended users and required files in your first enquiry. Current validity and scope are checked for the selected supplier and product; a category description does not certify every item.

Share your document requirements ↗
Current specification and load matrix
Request signed dimension/mass drawings, configuration pairing, load centre, residual-capacity chart, mast/fork schedule and engine/transmission or motor/battery/charger data.
Operating, maintenance and support file
Request manuals, service guides, electrical/hydraulic diagrams, spare-parts catalogue, fault-code support, training arrangements and the exact warranty/commissioning scope.
Destination and shipment approval
Check current equipment and engine emissions/conformity requirements, environmental tests where needed, serial/label artwork, packing/restraint plan and battery transport files for the destination.

01

Receiving, dispatch and production supply

Compare counterbalance, pallet-moving and stacker directions using pallet entry, door clearances, shift duty and the actual load.

02

High-density racking and double-deep storage

Match seated/stand-on reach and three-way directions to aisle, rack depth, lift clearance and residual capacity; include guidance and alarm requirements.

03

Outdoor yards and compact site work

Compare terrain trucks and tracked loader/tool configurations with surveyed surfaces, gradients, access and required loading operations.

Buyer questions

Before you send
your first enquiry.

Practical answers about this sourcing direction, customization and the reference options. Your agreed specification and written quotation determine the actual order.

What types of trucks are covered?

Diesel, gasoline/LPG, short-wheelbase, lithium/high-voltage and three-/four-wheel electric forklifts; rough-terrain, reach/double-deep/three-way trucks; pallet/stacker equipment; compact loader and parts/service coordination.

How do I read the configuration values?

Use the listed column order for complete vectors. Grouped options with fewer entries need the current signed configuration matrix; a value from another series must not be assigned to the selected truck.

Does a nominal capacity apply at maximum height or reach?

No. Send the actual load dimensions, centre of gravity, lift/reach and attachment. The current residual-capacity chart establishes the permitted combination.

Can I request short-wheelbase or low-clearance equipment?

Provide doorway/overhead clearances, turning and aisle dimensions, pallet entry and load. Compare the actual vehicle drawing; a model label alone does not establish capacity or fit.

How should battery and charger options be selected?

Specify shifts, charge supply/interface, temperature and required duty cycle. Confirm the complete pack, charger, electrical architecture, cooling/heating and operating limits for the exact truck.

What do you need for rough-terrain or loader enquiries?

Send the surveyed route, ground, gradients, clearance, load/tool and work cycle. A catalogue grade-test figure does not define a safe working slope or general obstacle capability.

Can manuals, parts and training be included?

Request operating/service manuals, parts identification, diagnostic support and operation/maintenance training with the equipment. Confirm availability, delivery format, warranty and on-site/remote scope.

What is needed for a quotation and evaluation?

Send the equipment/configuration list, loads, route/racking geometry, powertrain/charging, options, quantity, destination and document/shipment needs. Current MOQ, evaluation arrangements, price and timing are agreed in writing.

Who handles my enquiry?

Factory Sourcing Hub handles this enquiry as an independent sourcing and trading service. The product route, supplier suitability, sample scope and order responsibilities are agreed for the actual project.

How do I get a price and order minimum?

Send the product reference, quantities per variation, customization and packaging. Prices, minimums, sample charges and delivery dates are confirmed in a current quotation; the page is not a live inventory or price feed.

Can I discuss samples and inspection before ordering?

Yes. State whether you need a reference sample, a customized sample or development work. Agree the sample cost and shipping, approval specification, inspection plan and remedy for non-conforming goods before the bulk order.

What should I attach to my email?

Reference images, drawings, logo artwork and a product list are useful. Include quantities, the intended users and sales market, packaging, required documents and timing. After submitting the form, email attachments to kunhuow@gmail.com with your enquiry reference.
