Listed capacities identify particular nominal reference options. Confirm the current drawing, useful fill level, lid components, inner and outer steel grades and final sample. Similar-looking references can differ in construction; photographs or renderings do not establish performance or exactly which parts are included. Earlier gift-set and aluminium-bottle examples require current availability confirmation.

What matters for this category

A better brief.
A clearer comparison.

Focus the sourcing conversation on the features, materials and production details that make a difference to your product range.

01

Build a coherent range

Compare compact coffee tumblers, large handled mugs, portable bottles and hydration jugs within one buying programme. Align the colour and artwork while approving each body-and-lid combination separately.

02

Choose how customers drink and carry

Slide, flip, straw, sipper, chug, magnetic-cap and push-button directions offer different user experiences. Bring the intended beverage, cleaning routine, loaded handling and closure requirements into selection.

03

Connect decoration with product development

Discuss graphics, surface colour, engraving and structural changes alongside drawings and prototypes. A physical decorated sample helps resolve print appearance, cap operation and packing before the order is finalised.

Branding, configuration & packaging

Make the product
fit your programme.

Bring artwork, reference samples and a target cost. The available process, minimum quantity, sample charges and development scope are reviewed for the chosen option.

01

Body, lid and structural brief

Send a reference, drawing or use case with capacity, grip and opening requirements. Existing-item adaptation or a new development route can be assessed through drawings, three-dimensional review, prototypes, tooling and test samples; scope and cost are quoted per project.

02

Colour and authorised artwork

Discuss colour matching and the appropriate transfer, engraving, pad, UV, silk-screen, embossing or combined route. Approve artwork ownership, print size, placement, base colour and a physical proof. A digital preview is not the final production standard.

03

Samples, assortment and packaging

Specify the required sample construction, finish, included lids and accessories, gift or retail presentation, labels, barcode and carton plan. Confirm sample charges, minimum quantities and schedule in the selected-item quotation.

Quality & product evidence

Turn requirements
into checks.

Agree which product characteristics need testing and how the approved sample relates to the bulk order.

01

Confirm materials by component

Request the complete schedule for inner wall, outer shell, lid plastics, seals, straw, coating and any handle insert. A steel-body grade does not describe the entire assembled item or establish suitability for every beverage.

02

Approve functional requirements

Agree capacity measurement, closure and cap retention, handle loading, thread fit, stability and cleaning access. Temperature-retention and leakage claims require an exact test method and result for the actual assembly.

03

Inspect the finished programme

Define cosmetic tolerances, decoration alignment, colour approval, component count, carton protection and the inspection plan. Food-contact, coating, care and market-specific evidence must correspond to the selected item and decoration.

Test capability is a starting point for the inspection plan. Request the method, applicable model and results needed for your order.

Documents matched to the order

Ask for evidence
that fits the product.

Tell us the intended market, beverages and required claims so the quotation can identify the exact technical and packing evidence to request.

State the sales market, intended users and required files in your first enquiry. Current validity and scope are checked for the selected supplier and product; a category description does not certify every item.

Share your document requirements ↗
Drawing and component schedule
Request current dimensions, nominal and useful capacities, wall and lid materials, seal and handle components and the exact included-item list.
Test scope and care instructions
Specify required material, food-contact, closure, thermal and durability evidence and intended cleaning or filling conditions. Confirm sample identity, test date and scope before using a claim.
Sample and packing approval
Keep the approved sample record, colour and artwork proof, instructions, barcode, carton configuration and inspection criteria together with the final quotation.
Built around how you sell

Different buyers.
Different specifications.

Your sales channel changes the assortment, packaging and quality priorities. Tell us the intended use as well as the product name.

01

Retail drinkware collections

Develop coordinated tumbler, mug and bottle assortments with the right capacity and closure choices, authorised artwork and retail presentation.

02

Promotional and gift programmes

Compare decorated individual items or a confirmed mug-and-bottle set. Define included pieces, artwork, gift packaging and the current commercial conditions.

03

Office, travel and outdoor hydration

Choose the body, opening and carry feature for the intended use. State whether drinks are hot, cold, carbonated or otherwise specialised so compatibility can be assessed.

From first brief to a defined order

One contact.
A practical next step.

Samples, commercial terms and responsibilities are agreed for the project. Use the same product and packing specification when comparing quotations.

01

Share the requirement

Product, reference image, quantity, sales market and timing.

02

Compare suitable options

Review configuration, materials, sample scope and relevant documents.

03

Approve the specification

Agree artwork, packaging, sample, testing and inspection criteria.

04

Confirm the order plan

Set price, payment, production, delivery and defect remedies in writing.

Buyer questions

Before you send
your first enquiry.

Practical answers about this sourcing direction, customization and the reference options. Your agreed specification and written quotation determine the actual order.

Which drinkware formats can I enquire about?

Vacuum handled mugs, coffee tumblers, carry bottles, larger hydration bottles, jugs, stopper bottles and growler directions are covered. Earlier aluminium bottles and mug/cup-and-bottle sets are reference directions that require current availability confirmation.

Can I choose different lids and handles?

Different references use slide, flip, straw, sipper, chug, magnetic-cap, push-button and stopper arrangements, with polymer, silicone or metal carry features. Specify the complete combination; parts are not assumed interchangeable across bodies.

Do nominal capacities mean the safe fill level?

No. A listed ounce or millilitre option is a reference size. Confirm measured capacity, useful fill level, headspace, final dimensions and the selected lid in the current drawing and sample.

Are all items made entirely from the same steel?

No. Some references list SS304 inner and outer steel walls, while visually similar versions can use a different outer grade. Lid plastics, seals, coating, straw and handle components need their own material schedule.

Can you support a new design and custom decoration?

An existing reference or new development can be discussed from an idea, drawing or sample. Agree drawings, structural review, prototypes, tooling if required and a decorated test sample. Available decoration directions include transfer printing, engraving, pad, UV, screen and embossed work, subject to the chosen substrate and approval.

Are the items leakproof, dishwasher-safe or rated for fixed insulation hours?

Those are item-specific requirements to agree and verify. Do not apply a claim to a whole range. Provide intended beverages, filling and cleaning conditions, carrying orientation and the required test method so the actual body-and-lid assembly can be evaluated.

What are the sample, order and delivery conditions?

Sample availability, charges, minimum quantity per configuration, tooling, production time, packaging and shipping terms are confirmed in the quotation. A generic reference page or earlier gift-set listing does not set the conditions for a new order.

What should I send for a useful quotation?

Send the item type, quantities by size and colour, nominal and useful capacity targets, material and closure requirements, beverage and market, artwork, required test claims, samples, retail or gift pack and target delivery date. Identify which details are mandatory and which are flexible.

Who handles my enquiry?

Factory Sourcing Hub handles this enquiry as an independent sourcing and trading service. The product route, supplier suitability, sample scope and order responsibilities are agreed for the actual project.

How do I get a price and order minimum?

Send the product reference, quantities per variation, customization and packaging. Prices, minimums, sample charges and delivery dates are confirmed in a current quotation; the page is not a live inventory or price feed.

Can I discuss samples and inspection before ordering?

Yes. State whether you need a reference sample, a customized sample or development work. Agree the sample cost and shipping, approval specification, inspection plan and remedy for non-conforming goods before the bulk order.

What should I attach to my email?

Reference images, drawings, logo artwork and a product list are useful. Include quantities, the intended users and sales market, packaging, required documents and timing. After submitting the form, email attachments to kunhuow@gmail.com with your enquiry reference.
