Titanium & Stainless Drinkware, Lunch Containers and Hydration Sourcing

Source titanium tea and coffee drinkware, stainless vacuum cups, office mugs, tea jugs, travel and sports bottles, children’s straw and training formats, lunch containers and related stainless vessels with an itemized custom pack.

  • Compare titanium and selected 316L stainless directions with the vessel, lid, seal and accessories defined separately.
  • Match tea filters, direct-drink or straw lids, handles and carrying arrangements to the intended drink and user.
  • Build a coordinated gift, retail or private-label range with capacity conventions, material evidence and sample approval agreed before production.

Manufacturing, product documents and order conditions depend on the model and supply route selected for your project.

What matters for this category

A better brief.
A clearer comparison.

Focus the sourcing conversation on the features, materials and production details that make a difference to your product range.

01

Match the drinking routine

Compare removable tea filters, compact coffee cups, larger handled mugs, push-button jugs and straw or direct-drink lids within an itemized range.

02

Keep material choices explicit

Build separate titanium, selected stainless-steel and specified-resin proposals. Approve the actual vessel, lid, seal and accessory materials for the intended drink and cleaning method.

03

Coordinate product and presentation

Define capacity, safe fill, artwork, accessories and gift or retail packaging together so the approved sample and quotation describe the same complete item.

Branding, configuration & packaging

Make the product
fit your programme.

Bring artwork, reference samples and a target cost. The available process, minimum quantity, sample charges and development scope are reviewed for the chosen option.

01

Structure and functional brief

Submit drawings, a sample or an original concept with working fill, overall dimensions, closure, grip, carrying arrangement and filter or straw requirements. Confirm engineering, tooling and design rights before proceeding.

02

Artwork and finish

Specify colours, logo position, surface effect and any graphics. Use original or authorized artwork and agree the chosen marking process, durability and cleaning conditions on a sample.

03

Retail and gift packing

Define the exact lids, filters, straps, inserts and spare parts, then select protective packing, printed boxes, instructions, barcodes and master-carton marks. Minimum quantity, sample terms and timing are quoted for the final configuration.

Quality & product evidence

Turn requirements
into checks.

Agree which product characteristics need testing and how the approved sample relates to the bulk order.

01

Material and component evidence

Request a component material map and current selected-article food-contact evidence. Confirm actual steel or titanium grade and polymer identity rather than adopting a material nickname or a generic all-range safety statement.

02

Capacity, closure and thermal checks

Distinguish nominal volume from max fill and graduation limit. Agree leakage, lid cycling, pour control and thermal test methods with fill, starting temperature, ambient conditions and duration stated.

03

User and cleaning conditions

For children’s articles, confirm intended age, mouthpiece, straps, small parts and liquid-temperature warnings. Validate cleaning, dishwasher or sterilization conditions for the complete assembly; no antibacterial, medical-grade or anti-scald guarantee is assumed.

Test capability is a starting point for the inspection plan. Request the method, applicable model and results needed for your order.

Documents matched to the order

Ask for evidence
that fits the product.

Approve the exact article and its components, intended user, liquids and care conditions. A historical sampling result, generic supplier badge or another material’s test report does not establish all-range approval.

State the sales market, intended users and required files in your first enquiry. Current validity and scope are checked for the selected supplier and product; a category description does not certify every item.

Buyer questions

Before you send
your first enquiry.

Practical answers about this sourcing direction, customization and the reference options. Your agreed specification and written quotation determine the actual order.

Which product families can be included?

Titanium teaware, steel vacuum cups and jugs, coffee cups, travel and sports bottle briefs, children’s straw or training formats, feeding bowls, lunch containers and related stainless vessels can be itemized. Electrical accessories require a separate technical proposal.

What is the difference between capacity and max fill?

A full nominal capacity may exceed the marked maximum fill or graduation limit. For example, a selected coffee direction lists 240 ml nominal volume and a 220 ml max line. Specify both values and use the approved fill instructions.

Are all steel cups 316L and all plastic bottles the same resin?

No blanket material is assumed. Define the inner and outer vessel and every accessory separately, and request material evidence for the selected article. Different material directions are quoted independently.

Can titanium cups be supplied?

Titanium tea, office, coffee, pocket and side-handle teaware directions can be reviewed. Confirm grade, material allocation, finish, complete contents and legal design availability; no antibacterial or health effect is promised.

Are straw lids suitable for hot liquids?

That depends on the exact article and instructions. Specify the intended liquid and temperature and approve venting, opening and leakage tests. Do not assume an insulated bottle’s straw mode is safe for hot drinks.

How are children’s designs and requirements handled?

State the intended age and market, required mouthpiece, strap, handle and spare parts. Use original or authorized graphics and obtain applicable selected-product safety evidence and clear care and hot-liquid warnings.

Can logos, colours and gift packaging be customized?

Send artwork, marking position, finish, quantity per variant and an itemized product and accessory list. Structure, printing, pack, tooling, sample charges, minimum quantity and schedule are confirmed after review.

What is needed for a useful quotation?

Send the intended use, material by component, working and nominal volume, dimensions, closure and accessories, quantity per variant, artwork, packing, destination and required date. Sample and production terms are quoted for the final specification.

Who handles my enquiry?

Factory Sourcing Hub handles this enquiry as an independent sourcing and trading service. The product route, supplier suitability, sample scope and order responsibilities are agreed for the actual project.

How do I get a price and order minimum?

Send the product reference, quantities per variation, customization and packaging. Prices, minimums, sample charges and delivery dates are confirmed in a current quotation; the page is not a live inventory or price feed.

Can I discuss samples and inspection before ordering?

Yes. State whether you need a reference sample, a customized sample or development work. Agree the sample cost and shipping, approval specification, inspection plan and remedy for non-conforming goods before the bulk order.

What should I attach to my email?

Reference images, drawings, logo artwork and a product list are useful. Include quantities, the intended users and sales market, packaging, required documents and timing. After submitting the form, email attachments to kunhuow@gmail.com with your enquiry reference.
