What products can be included in a cookware programme?
Directions cover frying and deep pans, saucepans, casseroles, stockpots, woks, grill pans, griddles, roasters, divided pans, pancake pans and compact sets. Detachable-handle, induction-base, pressure-cooking and selected electric-cooking enquiries require their own configuration review. Send an itemised assortment and intended use.
Can we compare cast and forged cookware?
Yes, specify the desired body construction and dimensions, then confirm gauge, base, coating and handle details on the selected sample. Similar appearance or diameter does not establish the same manufacturing route, weight or cooking performance. Compare complete specifications rather than only the material family.
Are all pans suitable for induction?
Confirm the selected base and hob compatibility for each article. Induction-base directions are available, but this does not extend to every pan. The pancake direction, for example, carries a different use boundary. Ask for the current component drawing, instructions and relevant performance evaluation.
What does a faceted or speckled finish mean?
It describes an appearance direction. A faceted outer wall does not establish a diamond material, and a speckled interior does not identify coating chemistry. Agree the actual coating system, substrate, application, care requirements and supporting test documents before making performance or chemical-absence claims.
Can we request detachable handles?
Selected long-handle and side-grip systems can be discussed. Confirm the pan-side fitting, latch, load, replacement parts and cleaning method as one assembly. Removing a handle does not automatically establish an oven-temperature limit; the remaining body, coating, lid and fittings also need approval.
Do divided pans prevent all transfer between food sections?
A divider creates separate working areas, but the actual height, layout and cooking conditions affect liquid movement. Specify the intended portions and process, then assess the selected sample. Different two- to five-zone layouts should not be treated as one interchangeable design.
Are hinged double pans pressure cookers?
A hinged double pan can have a gasket and locking feature without being a rated pressure cooker. Specify its vent, hinge, seal, operating instructions and limits. Pressure-cooking designs form a separate project and require their own rated specification and documentation.
Are lids, racks and accessories included?
Only the components listed in the quotation are included. Roaster and set photographs may show food, gloves, extra vessels, racks or display props. Provide an exact bill of materials, lid count and accessory list, then approve the packing layout and complete sample.
Are the compact cookware sets designed for children to operate?
Small pots or playful colours do not establish a child-operated product. Specify the intended adult cooking use, portion size, materials and instructions. Any special age-related requirement must be evaluated for the actual product rather than inferred from a catalogue presentation.
Can you support custom colours, markings or a new product drawing?
Discuss the selected body and coating, outer colour, marking, handle or lid, and packaging. Send drawings and artwork with intended use and critical dimensions. Confirm feasibility, design rights, tooling, sample charges and approval stages before production.
What reports should we request?
Start with the product and material specification, then request relevant food-contact and agreed performance evidence. Match dishwasher, oven and hob claims to the actual assembly. Pressure and electrical projects need current documents for their exact configuration and market; an old general approval statement does not cover the whole range.
What are the MOQ, sample terms and delivery time?
They are confirmed against the selected articles, quantities, construction, finish, artwork and packing. Explain whether the sample is for appearance, fit or performance approval and give the required destination and delivery target. Do not transfer commercial terms between ordinary cookware, specialised lids and electrical projects.
Who handles my enquiry?
Factory Sourcing Hub handles this enquiry as an independent sourcing and trading service. The product route, supplier suitability, sample scope and order responsibilities are agreed for the actual project.
How do I get a price and order minimum?
Send the product reference, quantities per variation, customization and packaging. Prices, minimums, sample charges and delivery dates are confirmed in a current quotation; the page is not a live inventory or price feed.
Can I discuss samples and inspection before ordering?
Yes. State whether you need a reference sample, a customized sample or development work. Agree the sample cost and shipping, approval specification, inspection plan and remedy for non-conforming goods before the bulk order.
What should I attach to my email?
Reference images, drawings, logo artwork and a product list are useful. Include quantities, the intended users and sales market, packaging, required documents and timing. After submitting the form, email attachments to kunhuow@gmail.com with your enquiry reference.
