These are separate specification references, not one combined kit. Current stock, set contents, minimums and carton details are confirmed per item; custom artwork or materials can change the order basis.

What matters for this category

A better brief.
A clearer comparison.

Focus the sourcing conversation on the features, materials and production details that make a difference to your product range.

01

Build a wider assortment

Bring office replenishment, school essentials and creative supplies into a structured item list. Group by shopper, price point and shelf presentation while keeping each product’s specification clear.

02

Make carton quantities useful

Review retail units, inner packs and full cartons together so the assortment matches storage and selling needs. Eligible stock selections may support a one-carton starting point per item, subject to current availability and item-specific terms.

03

Separate stock from development

Compare available selections with an OEM project supported by a design brief. Keep artwork approval, packaging development and any testing on the custom schedule.

Branding, configuration & packaging

Make the product
fit your programme.

Bring artwork, reference samples and a target cost. The available process, minimum quantity, sample charges and development scope are reviewed for the chosen option.

01

OEM artwork and design

Submit the logo, artwork rights, product choices and desired changes for design and production review. Agree print areas, colours, process, proofs and minimums for the selected items.

02

Retail packs and assortment

Define the count per bag, box or set, language, barcode, warning copy and master-carton marks. Specify whether the mix is by colour, design or product, and approve the packing sample.

03

Samples and timetable

Request the available sample route, charges and current timing. Stocked goods have an indicative 3–7-day dispatch reference after order readiness; custom production and transport require a separate confirmed schedule.

Quality & product evidence

Turn requirements
into checks.

Agree which product characteristics need testing and how the approved sample relates to the bulk order.

01

Approve the actual specification

Check dimensions, paper weight, writing point, colour assortment, film thickness or staple compatibility as appropriate. Resolve any unclear size or material before the purchase order.

02

Inspect the assortment before loading

Agree quantity and packing checks alongside functional sampling: writing, stapling, closure fit, adhesion or paint-set contents. Use order-specific acceptance limits and inspection records.

03

Match claims to evidence

Request applicable test files for the actual model, material and intended user. Children’s safety, food contact, electrical accessories and chemical claims need their own review.

Test capability is a starting point for the inspection plan. Request the method, applicable model and results needed for your order.

Documents matched to the order

Ask for evidence
that fits the product.

Prepare an item schedule and approval pack that purchasing, inspection and receiving teams can all use.

State the sales market, intended users and required files in your first enquiry. Current validity and scope are checked for the selected supplier and product; a category description does not certify every item.

Share your document requirements ↗
Item and packing matrix
Record the agreed model internally, description, dimensions, material, colour, unit count, inner pack, carton count and carton marks. Attach the approved picture or sample for each line.
Market-specific product files
List the destination, intended age and applicable requirements. Request current reports tied to the selected product and materials; broad catalogue claims do not replace those files.
Artwork, samples and shipment plan
Keep approved artwork, packing proofs, sample decisions, inspection requirements and dispatch milestones together. Confirm current stock and the final mixed shipment configuration.
Built around how you sell

Different buyers.
Different specifications.

Your sales channel changes the assortment, packaging and quality priorities. Tell us the intended use as well as the product name.

01

Stationery importers and wholesalers

Build a mixed range by product family, retail unit and carton demand. Keep stock selections and custom items visible in the same enquiry schedule.

02

School and office programmes

Plan writing, filing, paper and classroom supplies against user needs. Specify quantities by item and the documents required by the destination.

03

Creative retail and promotional ranges

Combine drawing or painting references with notebooks and desk accessories. Review gift presentation, artwork and pack counts for the selected audience.

From first brief to a defined order

One contact.
A practical next step.

Samples, commercial terms and responsibilities are agreed for the project. Use the same product and packing specification when comparing quotations.

01

Product, reference image, quantity, sales market and timing.

02

Compare suitable options

Review configuration, materials, sample scope and relevant documents.

Buyer questions

Before you send
your first enquiry.

Practical answers about this sourcing direction, customization and the reference options. Your agreed specification and written quotation determine the actual order.

Can I combine different product categories?

Send an itemized list across office, school, writing, art and accessory categories. We can review mixed-order feasibility, item eligibility, current stock and carton quantities for a coordinated shipment.

Is one carton the minimum for every item?

Eligible stocked items have a one-carton starting reference, but this is not universal. Confirm each item’s current minimum and carton count; custom materials, artwork and packing may require a different quantity.

Does the stock dispatch reference include delivery to my country?

No. An indicative 3–7-day reference applies to eligible stocked goods at order readiness. Confirm stock, payment and packing milestones, then allow separately for transport, customs and destination delivery.

Can I add my own logo and packaging?

OEM enquiries can be reviewed with an artwork and packing brief. Specify the products, logo process, retail count, language, barcode and quantity, then approve proofs and samples.

Do four barrel colours mean a four-colour pen?

For the retractable reference shown here, the ink is black and the body has four colour choices. Specify ink and barrel colours separately when requesting a quotation.

Which notebook dimensions should I specify?

Use the actual cover and page dimensions in millimetres. The clasp-notebook reference lists 17.5 × 23 cm; agree the measurement basis and page trim rather than relying only on a size label.

Are safety and performance claims shared across the whole range?

Each item needs evidence suitable for its material, use and destination. Request relevant reports and approved samples for the chosen product; food-contact, children’s and electrical items require separate review.

What should I include for an accurate mixed-order quote?

Provide descriptions or pictures, dimensions, materials, colours, unit counts, quantities by item, artwork, packing, destination and required date. Include any inspection or document requirements.

Who handles my enquiry?

Factory Sourcing Hub handles this enquiry as an independent sourcing and trading service. The product route, supplier suitability, sample scope and order responsibilities are agreed for the actual project.

How do I get a price and order minimum?

Send the product reference, quantities per variation, customization and packaging. Prices, minimums, sample charges and delivery dates are confirmed in a current quotation; the page is not a live inventory or price feed.

Can I discuss samples and inspection before ordering?

Yes. State whether you need a reference sample, a customized sample or development work. Agree the sample cost and shipping, approval specification, inspection plan and remedy for non-conforming goods before the bulk order.

What should I attach to my email?

Reference images, drawings, logo artwork and a product list are useful. Include quantities, the intended users and sales market, packaging, required documents and timing. After submitting the form, email attachments to kunhuow@gmail.com with your enquiry reference.
