Compact phase-and-neutral protection

Compact MCB and RCBO directions support distribution boards with limited space. Define the required neutral switching and actual pole layout. For combined residual-current protection, include sensitivity, waveform response and trip technology as well as the current and curve. Approve the selected drawing and wiring arrangement before matching an existing installation.

Enquire about this range ↗

Residual-current circuit breakers

Two-pole and four-pole RCCB directions address leakage-protection enquiries with different current and residual-current characteristics. Provide sensitivity, response type, time behaviour and upstream overcurrent protection. Options intended to respond to smooth DC residual current need their own technical selection and evidence. RCCB supply does not imply integrated overload protection.

Enquire about this range ↗

RCBO combined protection

RCBO directions combine overcurrent and residual-current functions in a modular device. Electronic and electromagnetic constructions should be reviewed separately. Define supply, current, curve, poles, sensitivity and the required operation under fault conditions. The release technology and waveform response must match the actual selected version.

Enquire about this range ↗

Arc-fault detection with combined protection

Arc-fault devices provide a further option alongside overload, short-circuit and residual-current protection on the selected construction. Include the circuit duty and required standards in the enquiry. Request the exact arc-fault evidence and operating information. This function should be specified for the application without promising detection of every possible fault or prevention of every fire.

Enquire about this range ↗

Main isolation and modular switching

Isolating switches can be reviewed for incoming or local switching duties. Specify supply, poles, current, utilization category, connection and locking needs. Pin and fork busbar directions require an exact mechanical match. Isolation and protection are different functions, so include any separate protective devices required by the design.

DC miniature and moulded-case protection

DC protection directions include compact rail-mounted devices and larger moulded-case products. State maximum DC voltage, current, source, polarity, time constant and pole connection. The actual device’s diagram and DC interruption evidence are essential. Some constructions offer non-polar connection, but that feature should not be extended to every DC product.

Enquire about this range ↗

Higher-voltage AC and DC isolation enquiries

Separate specialist directions include higher-voltage AC moulded-case protection and DC isolation for renewable-energy circuits. Confirm whether the circuit is AC or DC and provide the required operating voltage and switching duty. Category placement alone does not establish a rating. Request the exact construction, wiring and technical evidence before selection.

Enquire about this range ↗

Photovoltaic DC surge protection and fuses

DC SPD and fuse-holder directions can be reviewed alongside string protection. Provide the PV voltage, string current, earthing arrangement, fuse duty and backup coordination. What matters for this category

A better brief.
A clearer comparison.

Focus the sourcing conversation on the features, materials and production details that make a difference to your product range.

01

Cover the electrical package with clear boundaries

A project brief can combine incoming and final-circuit protection, motor control, enclosures, renewable-energy components and charging. Define which items are components, empty boxes or complete assemblies. This helps compare quotations and identify the engineering information needed before the specification is finalized.

02

Compare ordinary and specialist circuit requirements

AC modular protection, smooth-DC residual-current response, DC interruption and arc-fault detection require different selection criteria. Start with the actual load and fault conditions, then compare the relevant data and evidence. Connected functions can be reviewed alongside protection without assuming a universal platform or interface.

03

Prepare supply around the approved configuration

Private-label and specification-development requirements can be reviewed with sample acceptance, label layout and pack contents. Agree model identification, language and order documentation before production commitments. Project and tender enquiries can include a structured technical schedule and requested evidence for each product.

Branding, configuration & packaging

Make the product
fit your programme.

Bring artwork, reference samples and a target cost. The available process, minimum quantity, sample charges and development scope are reviewed for the chosen option.

01

Private-label and design feasibility

Submit electrical requirements, construction preferences, artwork and intended market. Label or appearance changes and deeper product-development work require different reviews. Agree the development scope, ownership, confidentiality, approval criteria and commercial conditions. Minimum quantities and programme timing depend on the selected product and work involved.

02

Samples, trial orders and approval

Samples and trial-order enquiries can be reviewed for the selected construction. Specify ratings, accessories, connector or communication choices and the checks needed for approval. Confirm sample charges, availability and lead time before planning the order. Record any difference between the sample and final production specification.

03

Pack design and shipment preparation

Provide unit-pack presentation, instructions, accessory contents, barcode and carton-label requirements. Agree protective inserts, carton count, weight, dimensions and any pallet plan for each product. Charging stations and smaller modular components require different handling. Final packing, consolidation and shipping arrangements are confirmed in the quotation.

Quality & product evidence

Turn requirements
into checks.

Agree which product characteristics need testing and how the approved sample relates to the bulk order.

01

Protection and electrical-performance evidence

Request relevant trip-response, interruption, temperature-rise, dielectric and endurance evidence for the exact product. DC performance must include the stated voltage and circuit conditions. Residual-current and arc-fault functions need their own applicable evidence. Catalogue logos and general testing capability do not establish approval for every model or private-label variation.

02

Construction, environmental and fit review

Review materials, terminal fastening, mechanical operation, mounting, clearances and matched accessories. Environmental, corrosion or ingress-protection requirements should be defined for the actual construction. For charging and connected products, include connector, interface, communication and operating checks agreed for the project.

03

Order inspection and configuration traceability

Agree inspection sampling, electrical/functional checks, label verification and pack review. Keep the approved product version, software/interface choices and accessory list in the order record. Any substitution should be assessed against that specification. Required batch records, third-party inspections and acceptance documents need confirmation before production.

Test capability is a starting point for the inspection plan. Request the method, applicable model and results needed for your order.

Documents matched to the order

Ask for evidence
that fits the product.

Define the destination, application and required standards before requesting documents. Evidence is reviewed against each selected device or assembly, including any private-label changes.

State the sales market, intended users and required files in your first enquiry. Current validity and scope are checked for the selected supplier and product; a category description does not certify every item.

Share your document requirements ↗
Technical sheets, curves and drawings
Request ratings by voltage, pole diagrams, trip curves, dimensions, terminal details and installation instructions. Connected devices need protocol and register information as applicable. Charging equipment requires the actual connector, electrical interface and configuration details. Distinguish operating voltage from insulation voltage and ultimate from service interruption ratings.
Product-specific conformity and test scope
List the current reports, certificates, declarations or market documentation required. Check the model, ratings, construction, applicant and issuing body. A certificate for a tested sample or selected family should not be generalized to all products or a complete installation. Destination and branding changes may require additional review.
Project, packing and acceptance records
Tender and project requests can include a technical schedule, quotation and available supporting product information. Agree sample/artwork approval, inspection scope, serial or batch identification, packing and shipment documents. Commercial terms, warranty arrangements and installation/service scope are confirmed for the actual supply.

Buyer questions

Before you send
your first enquiry.

Practical answers about this sourcing direction, customization and the reference options. Your agreed specification and written quotation determine the actual order.

Which electrical product families can be included in one enquiry?

The range covers modular protection, residual-current and arc-fault devices, moulded-case and air breakers, surge protection, isolation, enclosures, DC and charging directions, motor control, sensors, timers, meters and industrial connections. Send a structured item schedule so each line can be matched to its actual rating and supply scope.

What information is needed to select a circuit breaker?

Provide AC or DC supply, voltage, frequency, current, poles, load and prospective fault conditions. Include trip settings, residual-current or arc-fault requirements and required standard. Add dimensions, terminals, ambient conditions and coordination information where the device forms part of an existing installation.

Does a residual-current breaker also provide overload protection?

An RCCB and an RCBO have different functions. An RCCB enquiry needs coordination with suitable overcurrent protection; an RCBO combines the specified residual-current and overcurrent functions. Confirm the actual construction, response type, sensitivity and supporting evidence for the selected circuit.

Can one DC rating be used for every pole arrangement?

No. The selected DC voltage and interruption capability depend on construction and the specified connection. Provide the source, current, polarity and fault time constant where required. Use the exact DC diagram and technical evidence; an AC description or insulation voltage does not establish a DC operating rating.

How do I specify AC or DC surge protection?

State the network, maximum continuous or PV system voltage, earthing arrangement, discharge duty, protection level and backup coordination. Identify the required SPD type and pole layout. AC and DC variants, and different voltage versions within a family, must remain separate selections.

What is needed for an EV charger quotation?

Specify site supply, output-power requirement, vehicle connector, number of outputs, cable, mounting and environment. Include authorization, networking, backend, metering and payment requirements. Confirm the actual DC voltage range or AC connection, load sharing, required documents and installation responsibility before selecting a station.

Are remote monitoring and billing services included?

Connected products have version-specific interfaces and functions. Provide the protocol, network, host platform and data/control requirements for integration review. Metering or a charging-management feature does not automatically establish billing approval, subscription access or compatibility with a particular third-party service.

Can you source contactors, relays and motor starters together?

Yes, submit the motor nameplate, voltage, starting method, duty and control supply. Match the contactor utilization category, overload setting, motor-protection device and starter wiring. Protective functions and accessory compatibility need confirmation for the actual combination.

Are boxes supplied empty or fully assembled?

Specify the intended scope. Empty enclosures, boxes with rails and terminal bars, PV combiners and fitted distribution assemblies require different bills of materials and inspection. State module count, incoming/outgoing circuits, cable entries, environment and any required assembly testing.

Can products be supplied with our own label or modified design?

Private-label and development requirements can be submitted for feasibility review. Provide the technical specification, artwork, quantity and destination. Agree the plan, sample approval, documentation impact, intellectual-property arrangements and commercial conditions for the actual selected product.

What are the MOQ, sample charges and lead time?

These are quoted by product, quantity, availability and customization. A standard-product schedule does not apply to a developed product, charging station or complete assembly automatically. Send the required delivery window and approve samples, documents and packing before relying on a production date.

Which certificates and quality records can be requested?

List the required standard, destination and exact rating/configuration. Request the matching data, available reports or certificates and declaration scope. Agree batch inspection, traceability and acceptance records. Historic corporate qualifications or approval symbols should not be used as a blanket statement for all products.

Can sensors, switches and meters be used in a safety system?

Provide the system requirement and the applicable device function, output, environment and evidence needed. Standard control or sensing products should not be assumed to have a functional-safety rating. Metering accuracy, sensor performance and any safety-related suitability require model-specific confirmation.

Who handles my enquiry?

Factory Sourcing Hub handles this enquiry as an independent sourcing and trading service. The product route, supplier suitability, sample scope and order responsibilities are agreed for the actual project.

How do I get a price and order minimum?

Send the product reference, quantities per variation, customization and packaging. Prices, minimums, sample charges and delivery dates are confirmed in a current quotation; the page is not a live inventory or price feed.

Can I discuss samples and inspection before ordering?

Yes. State whether you need a reference sample, a customized sample or development work. Agree the sample cost and shipping, approval specification, inspection plan and remedy for non-conforming goods before the bulk order.

What should I attach to my email?

Reference images, drawings, logo artwork and a product list are useful. Include quantities, the intended users and sales market, packaging, required documents and timing. After submitting the form, email attachments to kunhuow@gmail.com with your enquiry reference.
