Build the range
your buyers need.

Choose a focused product or discuss a coordinated assortment. Each direction can be developed into a more specific model and packaging brief.

Miniature circuit breakers

Build modular protection assortments around rated current, poles, trip characteristic, supply and verified breaking capacity. References cover different ratings and form factors, including compact neutral-pole arrangements. Match busbars, conductor capacity and mounting before treating devices as interchangeable. The short-circuit rating and standard must be stated with the selected version.

Enquire about this range ↗

Residual-current protection

RCCB directions provide residual-current switching without integral overcurrent protection; RCBO directions combine residual-current and overcurrent functions. Specify the sensed waveform type, rated residual current, poles, neutral arrangement and time response. Select upstream protection and coordination for the actual circuit. Different residual-current types are separate options, not simultaneous functions in every unit.

Enquire about this range ↗

Moulded-case circuit breakers

Thermal-magnetic, electronic-trip and earth-leakage MCCB directions support different protection requirements. State frame size, rated current, operating voltage, poles, trip settings and required Icu/Ics. Ask for the corresponding time-current curves, terminals, accessories and outline. A maximum series rating does not establish every combination of frame and voltage.

Enquire about this range ↗

Air circuit breakers

ACB directions address incoming and outgoing distribution feeders and larger equipment circuits. Specify the current rating, trip unit, fixed or draw-out arrangement, control voltage and accessory list. Request the installation drawing, interlocking, protection curves and operating conditions for the exact assembly. The switchboard design must accommodate clearance and thermal requirements.

Enquire about this range ↗

Automatic transfer switching

PC-class and CB-class transfer-switch directions cover different changeover requirements. Provide the two supply systems, circuit rating, poles, neutral strategy, transfer sequence and controller functions. Agree generator signals, manual operation, electrical/mechanical interlocks and any fire interface. Transfer switching should be assessed with the associated protection and load.

Enquire about this range ↗

Isolation and fused switching

Load-break switches, switch disconnectors, fuse-combination switches, fuse disconnectors and low-voltage fuses form a separate coordination group. Specify duty, utilization category, fault level, fuse size and access requirements. Request compatible handles, shafts and terminal covers. An isolation function does not automatically provide overload or residual-current protection.

Enquire about this range ↗

Surge protective devices

Type 2 AC surge-protection directions and separate DC devices support different circuits. State the earthing arrangement, operating voltage, protection level, discharge ratings and backup protection. Compare replacement cartridges and status or remote indications where required. Match the actual device to the protection design; a Type 2 description does not establish direct-lightning protection.

Enquire about this range ↗

Distribution boxes and enclosures

Plastic, metal and metal-base distribution directions support modular equipment installation. Choose surface or flush construction, module count, rows, door style, terminals and cable entry. Review the assembled configuration and destination requirements. An enclosure IP designation is specific to that construction and installation, not a blanket rating for every board.

Enquire about this range ↗

Contactors for different loads

The range includes conventional and miniature contactors, modular contactors and capacitor-switching directions. State motor or other load duty, operating voltage, current, coil supply, auxiliary contacts and switching frequency. Capacitor switching needs its own inrush and compensation brief. Select power ratings at the actual voltage and utilization category.

Enquire about this range ↗

Motor overload and circuit protection

Thermal overload relays and motor-protection circuit breakers support coordinated motor circuits. Provide motor nameplate data, starting method, full-load current and operating conditions. Select the appropriate adjustment band, trip behaviour, contactor and short-circuit protection rather than assuming a series-wide adjustment range applies to a single device.

Enquire about this range ↗

Starters and motor-control assemblies

Direct-on-line, enclosed and star-delta starter directions support different motor-starting arrangements. Soft-starter cabinets are also a project enquiry direction. Submit the motor and supply details, starting duty, control sequence, enclosure and protection requirements. Agree the assembly drawing and bill of materials before comparing complete cabinet quotations.

Enquire about this range ↗

Smart circuit protection and switches

Smart breaker, residual-current breaker and switching directions connect local circuit operation with monitoring and remote control. Specify the protection function separately from communication features. Establish which electrical quantities are available, control permissions, alarm behaviour and operation after a network interruption. Connected operation requires the correct gateway and compatible system.

Enquire about this range ↗

Gateways and power-management integration

Gateway directions include cellular, Wi-Fi, wired-network and other communication versions. Confirm the regional network, device protocol, compatible circuit count and software arrangement. Define account ownership, data access, remote switching permissions and support. A gateway variant does not automatically include every communication method or every software feature.

Enquire about this range ↗

PV combiner and DC protection

Photovoltaic directions include combiner boxes, DC breakers, isolators, surge devices and fuses. Provide array voltage, string currents, input/output count and prospective fault conditions. Request the actual connection arrangement, polarity instructions, monitoring options and enclosure information. AC switchgear ratings must not be substituted for DC ratings.

Enquire about this range ↗

Solar generation and charging products

PV modules, solar inverter directions, microinverters and AC vehicle-charging equipment can be included in a renewable-energy enquiry. Select them by the intended system architecture and local connection requirements. Confirm voltage windows, operating power, communication, protection and documentation. A product family does not establish a complete compatible solar or charging system.

Enquire about this range ↗

Voltage regulation and conversion

Single- and three-phase stabilizer directions include different orientations and display formats. Adjustable voltage regulators, control transformers, switching power supplies and sine-wave inverter directions broaden the power-conversion range. Define input, output, frequency, load, waveform and duty separately for each item. A stabilizer and an adjustable regulator perform different tasks.

Enquire about this range ↗

Meters and electrical measurement

Analogue and digital panel meters, electronic energy meters and current transformers support monitoring and panel design. Specify the quantity measured, input arrangement, CT ratio, panel cut-out and accuracy requirement. Confirm communication, wiring and calibration evidence where needed. Do not assume a monitoring display is approved for revenue billing.

Enquire about this range ↗

Operator controls and signalling

Pushbuttons, indicators, control stations, toggle, pedal, micro, limit, rotary and float-switch directions address different control functions. Time relays, power relays and relay sockets complete control-panel enquiries. Provide contact function, actuator, mounting, electrical duty, environmental exposure and label requirements for the selected item.

Enquire about this range ↗

Connectors and modular accessories

Industrial plugs and sockets, modular sockets, breaker auxiliaries, busbar-related accessories and distribution-box fittings can be specified with the protection schedule. Confirm pin arrangement, current, voltage, pole configuration, mounting and compatibility. Auxiliary contacts, alarms, undervoltage releases and shunt releases require a matching host device and control supply.

Enquire about this range ↗

Project switchgear and control cabinets

Low-voltage distribution cabinets, soft-starter cabinets, street-lighting control boxes and outdoor electrical control boxes are project directions. Submit a single-line diagram, enclosure environment, fault level, control philosophy and installation constraints. Request the assembly-specific documentation, acceptance tests, labelling and service scope before order approval.

Enquire about this range ↗

Related wiring and medium-voltage project requests

Cable trunking, H-form terminal blocks, medium-voltage vacuum switching and dropout-fuse requirements can be submitted as separate project briefs. Confirm the current article and supply scope, system ratings, drawings and required evidence before including these items in an order.

All figures are catalogue references for the individual product direction. Current ranges span different variants; breaking ratings, residual-current types, voltage/pole mapping and standard references must remain attached to the selected device. Request the final schedule, drawings and supporting product documents before approval.

What matters for this category

A better brief.
A clearer comparison.

Focus the sourcing conversation on the features, materials and production details that make a difference to your product range.

01

Specify a coordinated electrical package

Combine modular protection, industrial switching, motor control, smart monitoring and solar DC items in one schedule. Review interfaces, enclosure space and accessory compatibility while comparing the bill of materials, rather than selecting unrelated components only by price.

02

Connect protection with monitoring

Smart breaker and gateway directions allow a brief that covers protection, local operation, remote permissions and circuit data. Define the actual software, communication version and behaviour under loss of connectivity so the selected system meets the project requirements.

03

Support product and cabinet enquiries

Discuss catalogue components, selected customization and project cabinet configurations separately. Prepare the operating conditions and drawings early, then align samples, labelling, technical files and pack data with the actual configuration.

Branding, configuration & packaging

Make the product
fit your programme.

Bring artwork, reference samples and a target cost. The available process, minimum quantity, sample charges and development scope are reviewed for the chosen option.

01

Configuration and private-label request

Send model direction, current, poles, voltage, trip type, quantities and destination. Add artwork, colour or pack requirements and any design changes. OEM/ODM enquiries can be evaluated against the selected line; feasibility, tooling, testing and MOQ require a written quotation.

02

Samples and technical approval

Request the specific current and pole version with its accessories. Agree sample charges, preparation time and inspection criteria. Record the approved datasheet, product markings, curves and drawings; a sample of another variant should not approve the whole series.

03

Assembly, packing and identification

For boards or cabinets, provide a single-line diagram, device schedule, control sequence and enclosure requirements. For components, define unit boxes, carton quantities, labels, instructions and traceability. Confirm packing dimensions and weights for the actual order before estimating freight.

Quality & product evidence

Turn requirements
into checks.

Agree which product characteristics need testing and how the approved sample relates to the bulk order.

01

Match tests to the device function

Request the product-specific verification plan for operating characteristics, temperature rise, electrical/mechanical endurance, residual-current operation, insulation and relevant environmental or EMC requirements. Agree applicable standards, sampling, acceptance criteria and records for the selected device.

02

Preserve coordination and configuration

Check actual current/poles, trip unit, coil/control voltage, accessory fit, busbar compatibility and terminal requirements. Review smart communication and gateway pairing, and DC polarity/series wiring for PV components. Confirm that markings and instructions match the supplied version.

03

Trace inspection and after-sales information

Agree incoming/process/final inspection records and batch identification. Keep the order reference, product trace number and evidence needed for a service claim. Warranty duration, exclusions, replacement arrangements and spare-parts scope belong in the quotation for the specific products.

Test capability is a starting point for the inspection plan. Request the method, applicable model and results needed for your order.

Documents matched to the order

Ask for evidence
that fits the product.

Prepare model-specific electrical documentation and an installation schedule. Published laboratory history or a certificate title does not establish current approval for an entire product range; confirm scope, status and the actual supplied version.

State the sales market, intended users and required files in your first enquiry. Current validity and scope are checked for the selected supplier and product; a category description does not certify every item.

Share your document requirements ↗
Technical selection package

Buyer questions

Before you send
your first enquiry.

Practical answers about this sourcing direction, customization and the reference options. Your agreed specification and written quotation determine the actual order.

Can the enquiry cover more than circuit breakers?

Yes. Include transfer switches, isolation, fuses, contactors, starters, enclosures, metering, controls, power conversion, smart devices and solar electrical directions. Separate the schedule by item, rating and quantity so compatibility and availability can be checked.

What is the difference between an RCCB and an RCBO?

An RCCB provides residual-current switching without integral overcurrent protection. An RCBO combines residual-current and overcurrent protection. Specify the required waveform type, current, residual sensitivity, poles and time response for the circuit.

Which MCB details are needed for a quotation?

Provide current, poles, voltage, frequency, trip characteristic, breaking capacity, reference standard and mounting/busbar requirements. Add destination, quantities and accessories. Equal current ratings do not establish equal fault performance or compatibility.

Why are there two breaking-capacity figures on the RCBO reference?

The reference lists Icn under IEC 61009-1 and Icu under IEC 60947-2. They should remain identified with their standard and test basis. Ask for the exact rating and supporting evidence required by your design.

Can an AC breaker be used in a PV DC circuit?

Use a device selected for the actual DC voltage, current, pole connection and polarity conditions. Request the applicable DC documentation and wiring instructions. An AC catalogue rating is not a substitute for a DC rating.

Does the transfer-switch series limit apply to every version?

No. The 3,200 A figure is the upper catalogue limit for a PC-class direction. Confirm the selected current/frame, poles, control supply and transfer functions, together with upstream protection and installation details.

Can the gateway connect through any network?

The gateway has different communication versions. Select the actual 4G, Wi-Fi, wired LAN or other supported version and verify regional network support, compatible devices, software, accounts and permissions.

Does a relay covering 0.1–93 A adjust across the entire range?

That is family coverage across different variants. Select a particular relay adjustment band around the motor current and confirm trip characteristics, reset and contactor compatibility. The same principle applies to the motor-protection breaker range.

Can you help with a complete cabinet enquiry?

Provide the single-line diagram, device schedule, fault level, enclosure environment, control sequence and installation constraints. Cabinet configuration, acceptance tests, documentation and support need to be agreed for the actual assembly.

What private-label and sample options can be discussed?

Send the selected product, artwork, packing and any technical changes for review. Sample availability, charges, timing, customization feasibility and minimum quantities are product-specific quotation items. Approval should refer to the actual configuration.

Are the listed standards and certificates valid for all products?

Each claim must be checked against the model, rating, report scope and current status. Request the underlying documents needed for your market. A general certificate catalogue or laboratory history does not approve every device or complete assembly.

How are delivery, MOQ and service terms confirmed?

These depend on model, rating, quantity, raw materials, customization and packing. Request a written schedule and commercial terms for the order. Agree warranty conditions, traceability and any spare-parts support rather than applying one generic policy to all products.

Who handles my enquiry?

Factory Sourcing Hub handles this enquiry as an independent sourcing and trading service. The product route, supplier suitability, sample scope and order responsibilities are agreed for the actual project.

How do I get a price and order minimum?

Send the product reference, quantities per variation, customization and packaging. Prices, minimums, sample charges and delivery dates are confirmed in a current quotation; the page is not a live inventory or price feed.

Can I discuss samples and inspection before ordering?

Yes. State whether you need a reference sample, a customized sample or development work. Agree the sample cost and shipping, approval specification, inspection plan and remedy for non-conforming goods before the bulk order.

What should I attach to my email?

Reference images, drawings, logo artwork and a product list are useful. Include quantities, the intended users and sales market, packaging, required documents and timing. After submitting the form, email attachments to kunhuow@gmail.com with your enquiry reference.
