Discuss this option ↗

Reference thicknesses, formats and minimums belong to the individual configurations shown. Confirm whether thickness refers to film, sheet, board or finished construction, and agree tolerances. Packing sequences need their box, inner and carton levels matched to each size. Portfolio and pouch packing allocations require clarification. Any colour or design minimum is subject to a current quotation for the chosen construction. Category illustrations show product directions rather than exact supplied models.

What matters for this category

A better brief.
A clearer comparison.

Focus the sourcing conversation on the features, materials and production details that make a difference to your product range.

01

Specify how documents will be used

The right enquiry begins with format and handling: loose sheets, punched reports, reference collections, artwork or book protection. Map these needs to pockets, rings, prongs, compartments, closures and usable dimensions.

02

Coordinate materials & decoration

Custom filing and storage products can be discussed with design and development support. Review PP, PVC, paper or pouch materials alongside colour and UV-print requirements, so construction and presentation are approved together.

03

Plan assortment and logistics together

Keep quantities by size, colour and design visible alongside the retail, inner and carton packing. Model-specific minimums and pack allocation help turn a broad stationery collection into a comparable quotation schedule.

Branding, configuration & packaging

Make the product
fit your programme.

Bring artwork, reference samples and a target cost. The available process, minimum quantity, sample charges and development scope are reviewed for the chosen option.

01

Material, thickness & construction

Specify paper or book format, material, thickness basis, pockets, tabs, stitching, welded edges and closure. Discuss any hardware, elastic-band, rivet or trim requirements with the selected model.

02

Original print & finish

Provide original artwork, colours, print area, finish and any laser-look or two-tone preference. UV printing is a development direction; confirm substrate fit, appearance, adhesion and an approved proof for the final configuration.

03

Private-label assortment & packing

Send logos, barcodes, pack copy and quantity splits by colour or design. Ask for current private-label options, sample charges and minimums, with a clear size-to-pack schedule for the assortment.

Quality & product evidence

Turn requirements
into checks.

Agree which product characteristics need testing and how the approved sample relates to the bulk order.

01

Fit, cut & thickness

Check actual paper or book fit, usable dimensions, cut alignment and thickness under an agreed method. For sleeves and adhesive film, assess the application, edges and compatibility with the intended cover surface.

02

Seams, closures & hardware

Review welded or stitched edges, zipper operation, handles, magnets, prongs, rings and lever mechanisms. Define load or cycle requirements and acceptance criteria for the specific construction; material names alone do not establish performance.

03

Print, colour & packing

Compare the approved colour and artwork, surface finish, print adhesion, labels and component fit. Check quantities, size allocation, carton presentation and protection against bending, marking or crushing during shipment.

Test capability is a starting point for the inspection plan. Request the method, applicable model and results needed for your order.

Documents matched to the order

Ask for evidence
that fits the product.

Keep material identity, current product specifications and approved artwork connected to each model. Where a restricted-substance, recycled-content or certification claim is required, request evidence for the actual material, supplier scope and supplied order.

State the sales market, intended users and required files in your first enquiry. Current validity and scope are checked for the selected supplier and product; a category description does not certify every item.

Share your document requirements ↗
Construction & packing sheet
Request dimensions, material and thickness basis, closure or hardware details, pocket and compartment layout, tolerances and quantities at every packing level. Include drawings for a new configuration.
Material & market evidence
Define destination, intended users and any chemical or recycled-material requirement. Verify current reports, composition or traceability information for the exact product; a general category label does not establish all-material conformity.
Sample & artwork records
Approve an identified sample, colour schedule, original artwork and pack proof. Record the print process, labels, barcode, quantity splits and any agreed functional inspection before production.

Your sales channel changes the assortment, packaging and quality priorities. Tell us the intended use as well as the product name.

01

Office, records & presentations

Plan folders, binders, dividers and boxes around the documents, access frequency and storage setup. Specify paper format, hardware and labels, including any archival requirement that needs separate evidence.

02

Back-to-school collections

Coordinate book covers, pouches, folders and presentation items around actual book sizes and intended users. Confirm materials, original designs, colour splits and market-document requirements.

03

Wholesale, retail & project ranges

Build a quotation schedule for sizes, colours, designs and packing. Include larger portfolios, coordinated decorative ranges or private-label storage items where a specific configuration can be approved.

Buyer questions

Before you send
your first enquiry.

Practical answers about this sourcing direction, customization and the reference options. Your agreed specification and written quotation determine the actual order.

How should I choose between a magnetic envelope and a pocket folder?

Start with document access and fastening. The magnetic-envelope reference lists A4 PP at 0.3 mm; the twin-pocket reference lists Letter or A4 with three-prong fastening at 0.3 or 0.4 mm. Confirm actual dimensions, closure performance and document fit.

What larger art-storage reference can I request?

A stitched-edge poly portfolio lists 18 × 15 or 25.5 × 20 inches and 0.85 mm thickness. Confirm usable dimensions, material, handle, edge construction and the packing allocation for each size.

What is listed for the paper lever-arch reference?

The two-ring reference lists A4 or FC formats, thickness options of 2, 2.2 or 2.5 mm and a packing sequence of 10 / 50. Specify the board and covering, hardware, spine width and actual paper capacity for the chosen version.

Which pouch materials and formats can be compared?

An EVA mesh reference lists A4, A5, A6 and DL with coloured zippers. A white TPU reference lists A4, A5 and DL at 0.5 mm with a contrasting trim direction. Confirm actual dimensions, zipper details, thickness and whether trim is genuine or synthetic.

What should I provide for printed book covers?

Send actual book measurements, material, thickness and original artwork. The selected PP cover reference lists A4 or A5 and 0.12, 0.15 or 0.18 mm thickness, with a 20,000-piece-per-design minimum reference to confirm in a current quote.

Are all colour and design minimums the same?

No. Selected folders and portfolios list minimums of 5,000 or 10,000 per colour depending on construction, while the selected printed cover uses a per-design basis. Ask for the minimum by exact size, colour, print and pack version.

Can adhesive book-cover film be included?

Yes, include the material, required roll width and length, thickness basis, core and book-cover surface. Agree adhesive behaviour, application and any removal requirements with a sample, and confirm the exact roll dimensions in the quotation.

What is needed for a recycled-material or restricted-substance requirement?

State the material, desired recycled percentage or restricted-substance limits, destination and documentation needs. Request current matching scope and traceability or test evidence for the actual product before applying a claim to the finished pack.

Who handles my enquiry?

Factory Sourcing Hub handles this enquiry as an independent sourcing and trading service. The product route, supplier suitability, sample scope and order responsibilities are agreed for the actual project.

How do I get a price and order minimum?

Send the product reference, quantities per variation, customization and packaging. Prices, minimums, sample charges and delivery dates are confirmed in a current quotation; the page is not a live inventory or price feed.

Can I discuss samples and inspection before ordering?

Yes. State whether you need a reference sample, a customized sample or development work. Agree the sample cost and shipping, approval specification, inspection plan and remedy for non-conforming goods before the bulk order.

What should I attach to my email?

Reference images, drawings, logo artwork and a product list are useful. Include quantities, the intended users and sales market, packaging, required documents and timing. After submitting the form, email attachments to kunhuow@gmail.com with your enquiry reference.
